【摘要】:低濃度瓦斯輸送管路發(fā)生爆炸燃燒事故或發(fā)電機(jī)組因故停機(jī)時(shí),勢(shì)必造成瓦斯輸送管路堵塞,瓦斯抽放泵站出現(xiàn)憋泵情況,直接影響到煤礦生產(chǎn)安全。阻火式超壓放散裝置利用水封原理在輸送管路壓力超過(guò)設(shè)定值時(shí)自動(dòng)放散,避免出現(xiàn)憋泵;另外該裝置還具有阻火功能,提高了抽放系統(tǒng)的安全性。介紹了阻火式超壓放散裝置的方案設(shè)計(jì);詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和水位自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:When the low concentration gas conveying pipeline occurs the explosion combustion accident or the generator set stops for some reason, it will inevitably cause the gas transmission pipeline to be blocked, and the gas pumping station will appear the condition of holding the pump, which will directly affect the safety of the coal mine production. By using the principle of water seal, the fire-resistant overpressure releasing device can automatically release the conveying line when the pressure exceeds the set value, thus avoiding the occurrence of the choking pump. In addition, the device also has the function of preventing fire, which improves the safety of the pumping system. This paper introduces the scheme design of the fire resistance type overpressure releasing device, explains the structure design of the device and the design of the automatic control system of water level in detail.
