【摘要】：隨著衣食住行不斷的消費(fèi)升級,在溫飽問題已逐步解決的基礎(chǔ)上人們越來越重視“住和行”,“住和行”與建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展密不可分。當(dāng)前我國建筑行業(yè)經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,規(guī)模越來越大,建筑質(zhì)量也得到不斷提升,與此同時工程安全管理卻沒有得到足夠重視和解決,導(dǎo)致工程事故時有發(fā)生,工程安全問題備受人們關(guān)注。如何提高建筑業(yè)在安全管理方面的水平是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前,建筑行業(yè)管理水平不高,安全事故時有發(fā)生,許多建筑單位在安全管理方面只是流于形式,提出的安全措施只是為了能拿到建筑工程施工許可,在具體實施中卻不嚴(yán)格按照所提出的安全措施進(jìn)行安全管理工作。這樣的做法難免會造成工程事故的發(fā)生。本文首先介紹了建筑工程安全管理的基本概念及社會背景。建筑施工的安全是建筑工程的生命,也是建筑行業(yè)一直不斷追求的目標(biāo),建筑工程中每一項工作都強(qiáng)調(diào)安全第一,保質(zhì)保量完成任務(wù)作為工作的目標(biāo),在建筑項目施工的過程中每個建筑單位必須加強(qiáng)建筑工程安全管理監(jiān)督制度的構(gòu)建。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述分析了我國建筑業(yè)安全管理近年來的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并對其它國家安全管理模式進(jìn)行分析,了解我國在安全管理方面的不足;其次,作者對我國建筑業(yè)安全管理進(jìn)行具體的分析,介紹安全管理概念,并對近年建筑安全事故進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,討論了安全管理對建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展的意義。然后,作者分析了中國建筑工程安全管理中存在的問題,就目前我國工程安全管理方面存在的問題一一進(jìn)行剖析;然后,針對我國工程安全管理中存在的問題,提出了相關(guān)的對策,最后通過高處墜落等相關(guān)案例對安全管理中存在一些的問題進(jìn)行分析,并對出現(xiàn)的問題作出了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:With the incessant consumption upgrading of food, clothing and transportation, people pay more and more attention to "housing and transportation" on the basis of the gradual solution of the problem of food, clothing and clothing, and the "living and transportation" is closely related to the development of the construction industry. At present, the construction industry of our country has been developing for many years, the scale is getting larger and larger, the construction quality is also getting the continuous improvement, at the same time, the engineering safety management has not been paid enough attention to and solved, which leads to the engineering accidents occurring from time to time. The problem of engineering safety has attracted people's attention. How to improve the level of safety management in the construction industry is the focus of this paper. At present, the level of management in the construction industry is not high, and safety accidents occur from time to time. Many construction units are merely formalistic in terms of safety management. The proposed safety measures are just to obtain construction permits for construction projects. In practice, however, safety management is not strictly carried out in accordance with the proposed safety measures. Such an approach will inevitably lead to engineering accidents. This paper first introduces the basic concept and social background of construction engineering safety management. The safety of building construction is the life of building engineering, and it is also the goal that the construction industry has been pursuing continuously. Every work in building engineering emphasizes safety first, quality and quantity is the goal of the work. In the process of construction, every construction unit must strengthen the construction of construction engineering safety management and supervision system. Through literature review, this paper analyzes the development of safety management in construction industry in China in recent years, and analyzes the safety management models in other countries to understand the shortcomings of safety management in China. The author makes a concrete analysis on the safety management of construction industry in China, introduces the concept of safety management, makes a statistical analysis on the construction safety accidents in recent years, and discusses the significance of safety management to the development of construction enterprises. Then, the author analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of construction engineering in China, analyzes the problems in the management of engineering safety in China at present, and then, aiming at the problems existing in the management of engineering safety in China, Finally, some problems in safety management are analyzed through some cases such as falling from a height, and the corresponding countermeasures are given.
