【摘要】:針對目前煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)存在的通信實時性差、可靠性不高、易受電磁干擾等問題,提出了一種數(shù)字式煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設計方案,介紹了系統(tǒng)軟、硬件設計方案及關鍵技術。該系統(tǒng)基于CAN總線和工業(yè)以太環(huán)網(wǎng)的雙重冗余結構,以ARM處理器LPC2294和嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-Ⅱ為核心。測試結果表明,在10km CAN總線,32個數(shù)字分站,200臺傳感器、執(zhí)行器規(guī)模下,該系統(tǒng)CAN總線通信成功率為99.97%,利用率為40%~60%;系統(tǒng)連續(xù)運行40d,數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定,無中斷、異常數(shù)據(jù)產生,技術指標符合AQ 6201—2006《煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通用技術要求》。
