礦井通風(fēng)機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:煤炭企業(yè)在我國占據(jù)著比較重要的經(jīng)濟地位,煤礦的安全要求一年勝似一年,并且煤礦企業(yè)對節(jié)能降耗,人生安全等逐漸加大要求。通風(fēng)機在煤礦的安全生產(chǎn)中起到?jīng)Q定性的作用,通風(fēng)機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件不僅提高煤礦的節(jié)能降耗,提高了煤礦的機械化程度,而且節(jié)省人力物力,提高人身安全,具有重要的意義。 礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控軟件主要有計算機監(jiān)控,數(shù)據(jù)的篩選分析,最終信號的反饋分析發(fā)出指令三部分組成。主要是通過對礦井下的風(fēng)量、溫度、風(fēng)速、風(fēng)機的運行情況等進行在線監(jiān)測,,實時反饋數(shù)據(jù)至主機處理。 本論文從礦井通風(fēng)機參數(shù)的測量原理及各種參數(shù)的換算公式的推導(dǎo)入手,可以代理和減少很多不必要的參數(shù)測量。通過分析研究傳感器的特點,選擇合適的傳感器,減少傳感器對整個系統(tǒng)參數(shù)測量過程中的誤差。根據(jù)變頻器的工作原理及特點選擇合適的高壓變頻器,提高風(fēng)機的運行效率。硬件選用西門子S7-300和CHH100變頻器,通過CAN總線方式形成系統(tǒng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),可以實時觀測到通風(fēng)機的運行情況。系統(tǒng)上位軟件采用MCGS組態(tài)軟件,實現(xiàn)了風(fēng)機的在線監(jiān)測、各種數(shù)據(jù)的上傳并轉(zhuǎn)換成圖標(biāo)形式在大屏幕上體現(xiàn),方便風(fēng)機檢測員對井下通風(fēng)的運行狀態(tài)及參數(shù)做出正確的分析。采用μC/OS Ⅱ可編程軟件,采集風(fēng)機的各種數(shù)據(jù)并且實現(xiàn)報警的作用。 結(jié)合本課題的工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的需求,設(shè)計了本系統(tǒng)的組態(tài)式監(jiān)控軟件,搭建了軟件框架,完成了圖形界面、實時數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)、趨勢圖及報表設(shè)計等模塊的功能設(shè)計。實時數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)是整個軟件設(shè)計的重點和難點。整個系統(tǒng)人機對話方便簡潔,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成靈活,具有較好的通用性和工程推廣性。最后對數(shù)據(jù)的處理和顯示等得出實驗結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Coal enterprises occupy a relatively important economic position in our country, the safety requirements of coal mines are better than one year, and the coal mining enterprises gradually increase the requirements of energy saving and reducing consumption, life safety and so on. Ventilator plays a decisive role in coal mine safety production. Fan monitoring system software not only improves coal mine energy saving, coal mine mechanization, but also saves manpower and material resources, and improves personal safety. It is of great significance. The monitoring software of mine ventilation system mainly consists of three parts: computer monitoring, data screening and analysis, final signal feedback analysis and issuing instructions. Through the on-line monitoring of the air volume, temperature, wind speed and fan operation under the mine, the real-time feedback data are processed to the main engine. In this paper, the measurement principle of mine ventilator parameters and the derivation of conversion formulas of various parameters can be used to represent and reduce a lot of unnecessary parameter measurements. By analyzing the characteristics of the sensor and selecting the appropriate sensor, the error in the measurement of the whole system parameters can be reduced. According to the working principle and characteristics of frequency converter, select suitable high voltage frequency converter to improve the efficiency of fan operation. Siemens S7-300 and CHH100 inverter are used in the hardware, and the system communication network is formed by means of CAN bus. The operation of ventilator can be observed in real time. The upper software of the system adopts MCGS configuration software to realize the on-line monitoring of the fan. The data are uploaded and converted into icon form, which is reflected on the large screen. It is convenient for the fan inspector to make a correct analysis on the running state and parameters of underground ventilation. 渭 C/OS 鈪
