FDPSO氣體泄露擴散規(guī)律數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:應用流體動力學理論,通過數(shù)值模擬得到了浮式鉆井生產(chǎn)儲卸油裝置(FDPSO)泄露速度、泄露位置、環(huán)境風速等因素對氣體擴散分布的影響。結(jié)果表明,定風速下,氣體擴散速度水平方向較垂直方向大,平面內(nèi)橫向較縱向大;不同泄露位置下,氣體的擴散分布則主要取決于FDPSO的設備布置情況;不同泄露速度或風速下,氣體濃度有著先升高后穩(wěn)定的變化趨勢。同時依據(jù)模擬分析結(jié)果進行了FDPSO油氣處理模塊安全逃生路線設計。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of fluid dynamics, the effects of leakage velocity, leakage location and environmental wind speed on the distribution of gas diffusion were obtained by numerical simulation of floating drilling production oil storage and unloading device (FDPSO). The results show that the horizontal direction of the gas diffusion velocity is larger than the vertical direction and the horizontal direction is larger than the vertical direction under the constant wind speed, and the distribution of the gas diffusion at different leakage locations is mainly determined by the equipment arrangement of the FDPSO. Under different leakage velocity or wind speed, the gas concentration increases first and then changes steadily. At the same time, according to the result of simulation analysis, the safe escape route of FDPSO oil and gas processing module is designed.
