【摘要】：隨著人口、資源與環(huán)境的矛盾日益加深,災害已成為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要障礙。在這一背景下,恢復力成為推動社會經濟系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新理念和新范式。恢復力研究的范式也由早期的生態(tài)恢復力逐漸轉向社區(qū)恢復力的研究�，F(xiàn)有的社區(qū)恢復力研究成果主要集中在概念內涵探索、影響因素識別、基于客觀指標和基于行動者感知的社區(qū)恢復力測度等方面。迄今尚未形成公認的可接受的社區(qū)恢復力理論框架;對普通鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)研究較多,對特定資源依賴型社區(qū)恢復力研究較少;對突發(fā)性自然災害對社區(qū)恢復力的影響研究較多,對其他災害和危機對社區(qū)恢復力的影響研究較少;社區(qū)恢復力測度方法的適用性和科學性仍待加強;社區(qū)恢復力關鍵影響因素的作用機制仍需進一步探索。在此基礎上,提出從地理學視角研究社區(qū)恢復力的主要議題,包括社區(qū)恢復力的形成機制及其區(qū)域差異、動態(tài)演變過程、影響因素的作用機理、基于人地關系的社區(qū)恢復力感知量表以及具有尺度效應的社區(qū)恢復力測度指數等。
[Abstract]:With the increasing contradiction between population, resources and environment, disasters have become an important obstacle to sustainable development. In this context, resilience has become a new concept and a new paradigm to promote the sustainable development of social economic system. The paradigm of resilience research has gradually changed from early ecological resilience to community resilience. The existing research results of community resilience mainly focus on the exploration of concept connotation, the identification of influencing factors, the measurement of community resilience based on objective indicators and actors' perception. To date, there has been no accepted theoretical framework for community resilience; more research has been done on the resilience of ordinary rural communities, less on the resilience of specific resource-dependent communities, and more on the impact of sudden natural disasters on community resilience. There is little research on the impact of other disasters and crises on community resilience; the applicability and scientificity of community resilience measurement methods need to be strengthened; and the mechanism of the key influencing factors of community resilience still needs to be further explored. On this basis, the main issues of community resilience are put forward from the perspective of geography, including the formation mechanism of community resilience and its regional differences, the dynamic evolution process, and the mechanism of influencing factors. Community resilience perception scale based on human-land relationship and the measure index of community resilience with scale effect.
