【摘要】：對(duì)立井防爆門工況進(jìn)行了研究,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)防爆門存在的問(wèn)題,介紹了一種在傳統(tǒng)立井防爆門基礎(chǔ)上的改進(jìn)型防爆門設(shè)計(jì)。該防爆門通過(guò)鋼絲繩、導(dǎo)向輪將防爆蓋上均布的4個(gè)提升點(diǎn)與1個(gè)配重塊連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)了防爆蓋4個(gè)受力點(diǎn)同步受力、同步升降的功能,解決了傳統(tǒng)防爆門平衡塊不能同步升降、容易損壞的問(wèn)題以及漏風(fēng)、油槽積水等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the working conditions of explosion proof door in opposite wells are studied. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional explosion proof door, an improved design of explosion proof door based on the traditional explosion proof door in vertical well is introduced. The explosion-proof door connects the four lifting points on the explosion proof cover with a weight distribution block by the guide wheel through the wire rope, realizes the function of synchronously loading and lifting of the four stress points of the explosion proof cover, and solves the problem that the balance block of the traditional explosion-proof door can not be lifted synchronously. Easy to damage the problem as well as air leakage, oil tank water problems and so on.
