基于模糊層次分析法的高層建筑施工安全評價研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化進程的加快和國家綜合實力的增強,作為國家經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的發(fā)展和國家綜合實力象征之一的高層建筑越來越大量的興建。高層建筑施工安全生產(chǎn)問題已經(jīng)成為比較嚴(yán)峻的社會問題和建筑領(lǐng)域的“難題”,已引起了全社會的廣泛關(guān)注。安全生產(chǎn)的核心是安全管理,而如何對施工現(xiàn)場的安全性進行評價是解決安全管理問題的前提。 論文首先對高層建筑安全評價的相關(guān)問題從國內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀進行了系統(tǒng)的分析和闡述,提出了研究的意義、研究內(nèi)容、方法以及路線;其次,針對建筑安全評價問題,從安全系統(tǒng)、安全體系以及危險識別三個角度進行了相關(guān)的理論研究和論證,對主要的影響要素及研究方法進行了分析,緊接著對安全評價的方法進行了比較和闡述;第三,依據(jù)層次分析法指標(biāo)體系建立的原則,并結(jié)合“垠地中山城”的工程項目的實際情況,確定安全評價的指標(biāo)體系,并對指標(biāo)進行了相應(yīng)的修正,確保指標(biāo)的可行性、針對性;最后,建立了基于模糊層次分析法的安全綜合評價模型,并進行應(yīng)用研究。 本論文取得的研究成果主要有: (1)構(gòu)建了基于模糊層次分析的綜合評價模型,,對相關(guān)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重的確定做了具體的闡述; (2)通過結(jié)合“垠地中山城”實證分析以及專家打分的情況,對結(jié)果進行了分析,驗證了該模型的可行性以及合理性,同時針對該項目的安全工作特性出發(fā),從人、材、機、環(huán)境以及管理方法五個方面提出了相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the strengthening of national comprehensive strength, as one of the symbols of national economic construction and national comprehensive strength, more and more high-rise buildings are being built. The construction safety of high-rise building has become a severe social problem and a difficult problem in the field of construction, which has attracted wide attention of the whole society. Safety management is the core of safety production, and how to evaluate the safety of construction site is the premise to solve the safety management problem. Firstly, the paper systematically analyzes and expounds the related problems of high-rise building safety evaluation from the current situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the significance, research content, method and route of the research; secondly, aiming at the building safety evaluation problem, From the three angles of safety system, safety system and risk identification, this paper has carried on the related theory research and the demonstration, has carried on the analysis to the main influence factor and the research method, then has carried on the comparison and the elaboration to the safety appraisal method; third, has carried on the comparison and the elaboration to the safety evaluation method. According to the principle of establishing the index system of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the actual situation of the project of "Yantian Zhongshan City", the index system of safety evaluation is determined, and the index is amended accordingly to ensure the feasibility and pertinence of the index. Finally, a comprehensive safety evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is established, and its application is studied. The main results of this thesis are as follows: 1) the comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is constructed, and the determination of weights of relevant indexes is expounded in detail. (2) the feasibility and rationality of the model are verified by combining the empirical analysis of "Yantian Zhongshan City" and the case of experts' scoring. At the same time, in view of the safety working characteristics of the project, starting from people, materials and machines, the paper analyzes the feasibility and reasonableness of the model. Five aspects of the environment and management measures are put forward.
