【摘要】:隨著礦山信息化建設(shè)的實(shí)施以及數(shù)字化礦山的不斷完善,監(jiān)測監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在金屬礦山中得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。監(jiān)測監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)作為金屬礦山的六大系統(tǒng)之一,對礦山的安全生產(chǎn)起著非常重要的作用。監(jiān)控分站是監(jiān)測監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,本文基于監(jiān)控分站的現(xiàn)狀和金屬礦山信息化的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了具有工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)接口的嵌入式井下監(jiān)控分站。 該監(jiān)控分站為礦用一般型監(jiān)控分站,主要將現(xiàn)場各類傳感器采集的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)時傳輸?shù)奖O(jiān)控主機(jī)進(jìn)行處理與顯示,同時也可響應(yīng)監(jiān)控主機(jī)的控制指令,將控制信號傳給現(xiàn)場控制設(shè)備,實(shí)現(xiàn)對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的控制。監(jiān)控分站采用基于ARM結(jié)構(gòu)的嵌入式技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),,硬件以STM32F107VT6微處理器為核心,另加輸入輸出電路、顯示電路、網(wǎng)絡(luò)網(wǎng)口電路、電源及復(fù)位電路等組成。在主板上集成了LCD大屏幕液晶屏接口,通過液晶屏可直觀的顯示現(xiàn)場傳感器的信息。工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)接口可以將監(jiān)控分站方便地接入礦山以太環(huán)網(wǎng),大大的提高了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率及系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。井下監(jiān)控分站具有8路輸入、6路輸出I/O接口,可以接入不同廠家的多種傳感器信號。軟件設(shè)計(jì)采用IAR Systems EWARM作為集成開發(fā)環(huán)境,C語言作為開發(fā)語言,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)初始化、數(shù)據(jù)通訊、控制和顯示等功能。 該監(jiān)控分站已在甘肅金昌鐵業(yè)公司東大山礦山監(jiān)測監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中實(shí)際應(yīng)用并通過驗(yàn)收。應(yīng)用情況表明,井下監(jiān)控分站符合國家和行業(yè)的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目的。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of mine information construction and the continuous improvement of digital mines, monitoring and monitoring system has been more and more widely used in metal mines. As one of the six systems in metal mines, monitoring and monitoring system plays an important role in safe production of mines. The monitoring sub-station is the key equipment in the monitoring and control system. Based on the status quo of the monitoring sub-station and the characteristics of information technology in metal mines, an embedded underground monitoring sub-station with industrial Ethernet interface is designed and developed in this paper. The monitoring sub-station is a general mine monitoring sub-station, which mainly transmits the data collected by various kinds of sensors to the monitoring host through the communication network in real time for processing and display. At the same time, it can also respond to the control instructions of the monitoring host. The control signal is transmitted to the field control equipment to realize the control of the field equipment. The monitoring sub-station is designed by embedded technology based on ARM structure. The hardware is composed of STM32F107VT6 microprocessor, input and output circuit, display circuit, network interface circuit, power supply and reset circuit. The interface of LCD large screen LCD screen is integrated on the main board, and the information of field sensor can be displayed intuitively through the LCD screen. The industrial Ethernet interface can easily connect the monitoring sub-stations to the mine Ethernet ring network, which greatly improves the data transmission rate and the stability of the system. The downhole monitoring sub-station has 8 input and 6 output I / O interfaces, which can be connected to various sensor signals from different manufacturers. The software design uses IAR Systems EWARM as the integrated development environment C language as the development language, realizes the system initialization, the data communication, the control and the display and so on function. The monitoring sub-station has been applied in Dongshan Mine Monitoring and Control system of Jinchang Iron Industry Co., Ltd. The application shows that the underground monitoring sub-station accords with the relevant design standards of the country and the industry, runs stably and reliably, and achieves the expected design purpose.
