突出礦井厚煤層分層開采防滅火技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)汝箕溝礦厚煤層分層開采期間易引發(fā)的煤炭自然發(fā)火問題,通過對(duì)Z210工作面風(fēng)流沿線壓能和Z209采空區(qū)各密閉內(nèi)外及其附近巷道壓能的測(cè)定,以及在裂縫釋放SF6分析可知,Z210工作面通過二1煤采空區(qū)已和地面連通,防滅火重點(diǎn)是防止上部火區(qū)引燃Z210工作面后部采空區(qū)浮煤。通過實(shí)測(cè)和數(shù)據(jù)分析,Z210開切眼形成后,中段運(yùn)輸巷通風(fēng)壓力較大,進(jìn)風(fēng)通過掘進(jìn)工作面漏向采空區(qū),進(jìn)而漏向工作面,同時(shí)也有部分風(fēng)流漏向中段回風(fēng)巷,Z210(1)工作面分層開采時(shí)主要漏風(fēng)點(diǎn)在中段運(yùn)輸巷、回風(fēng)巷掘進(jìn)和工作面下隅角。當(dāng)采空區(qū)覆巖大結(jié)構(gòu)瞬時(shí)失穩(wěn)以后,大面積頂板便向采空區(qū)快速運(yùn)動(dòng),壓縮采空區(qū)空氣,沖擊密閉墻。根據(jù)礦不同地點(diǎn)、環(huán)境和閉墻所需起的作用,合理地設(shè)計(jì)密閉墻結(jié)構(gòu)、選擇建閉材料和施工工藝,研究抗沖擊泄壓密閉墻基礎(chǔ)參數(shù),立足和完善礦井防滅火系統(tǒng),建立以"治"和"防"相結(jié)合,以堵漏(隔離)、早期預(yù)報(bào)、采空區(qū)(火區(qū))惰化等為發(fā)火防治對(duì)策,確保Z210(1)綜采工作面開采過程的安全,并取得了良好效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the coal spontaneous combustion during the stratified mining of thick coal seam in Rujigou Mine, the pressure energy along the wind flow along Z210 face and the pressure energy of each closed inside and outside of Z209 goaf and its surrounding roadway are measured. According to the SF6 analysis of fracture release, it can be seen that the face of Z210 has been connected with the ground through the goaf of No. 21 coal, and the focus of fire prevention and fire prevention is to prevent the combustion of floating coal in the back of the mining area of Z210 working face in the upper fire area. After the formation of the opening and cutting holes of Z210, the ventilation pressure of the middle section of the transport roadway is greater, and the air passing through the drivage face leaks to the goaf and then to the working face. At the same time, there are also some air flow leakage to the middle section of return air roadway (Z2101). The main air leakage point is in the middle section transportation roadway, return air roadway driving and working face lower corner angle when stratified mining face. When the large overburden structure in goaf is unstable, the roof of large area moves rapidly to the goaf, compresses the air of goaf, and impinges on the closed wall. According to the effect of different location, environment and closed wall of mine, the structure of closed wall is designed reasonably, the construction materials and construction technology are selected, the foundation parameters of anti-shock pressure releasing closed wall are studied, and the fire prevention and extinguishing system of mine is established and perfected. In order to ensure the safety of the fully mechanized mining face Z210101, the measures of fire prevention and control, such as the combination of "control" and "prevention", and the prevention of leakage plugging (isolation, early prediction, goaf (fire) inert), have been established, and good results have been obtained.
