【摘要】：為了分析在煤礦安全管理過程中企業(yè)員工行為習(xí)慣的積極和阻礙作用,根據(jù)習(xí)慣領(lǐng)域和安全管理的特征,提出了習(xí)慣領(lǐng)域?qū)γ旱V突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急能力影響作用的理論模型,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型實(shí)證研究了該理論模型。研究結(jié)果表明:習(xí)慣領(lǐng)域各要素之間具有顯著的相互作用,且都對煤礦突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急能力有顯著的正向作用關(guān)系,人員慣域、管理慣域與煤礦突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急能力對應(yīng)急管理績效均有顯著的正向作用,習(xí)慣領(lǐng)域各要素通過中介變量應(yīng)急能力對應(yīng)急管理績效也有顯著的正向作用。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the positive and hindering effect of employees' behavior habit in the process of coal mine safety management, according to the characteristics of habit field and safety management, a theoretical model of the influence of habit field on coal mine emergency response ability is put forward. The structural equation model is used to study the theoretical model. The results show that there is a significant interaction among the elements in the habit field, and all of them have a significant positive relationship to the emergency response capacity of coal mines. The ability of emergency response in management inertia area and coal mine has a significant positive effect on the performance of emergency management, and every element of habit field has a significant positive effect on the performance of emergency management through mediating variable emergency response ability.
