【摘要】：基于目前公司對(duì)員工健康和工作環(huán)境的關(guān)心，以及世界上對(duì)噪聲治理的迫切需要，根據(jù)吉林石化公司乙二醇廠、污水處理廠車間噪聲超標(biāo)的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題，并結(jié)合兩個(gè)廠的具體情況進(jìn)行了此方案設(shè)計(jì)。 本文主要是先從理論上對(duì)噪聲的危害及測(cè)量進(jìn)行了論述，，然后根據(jù)實(shí)際情況對(duì)兩個(gè)廠的噪聲源進(jìn)行了測(cè)量和設(shè)計(jì)，測(cè)量分析了治理前噪聲強(qiáng)度與特性、產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理,找出了噪聲產(chǎn)生的主要原因,采取了隔音板和吸聲材料相結(jié)合的方式對(duì)進(jìn)行治理，并且對(duì)機(jī)器的電機(jī)也采取了半封閉式的隔音板進(jìn)行了治理，通過(guò)上述噪聲治理措施，解決了氮壓機(jī)和鼓風(fēng)機(jī)廠房?jī)?nèi)噪聲長(zhǎng)期超標(biāo)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In view of the company's concern for the health and working environment of its employees and the urgent need for noise control in the world, according to the actual problem of excessive noise in the ethylene glycol plant and sewage treatment plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company, And combined with the specific conditions of the two plants to carry out the project design. This paper mainly discusses the harm and measurement of noise in theory, then measures and designs the noise sources of the two factories according to the actual situation, measures and analyzes the noise intensity and characteristics before treatment, and the mechanism of noise generation. The main causes of noise are found out, the method of combining sound insulation board with sound absorbing material is adopted to control the noise, and the machine motor is treated with semi-closed sound barrier board, which is treated by the above noise control measures. The practical problem of long-term exceeding the standard of noise in the room of nitrogen press and blower factory has been solved.
