【摘要】：戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)是以大自然為場地的一項(xiàng)具有挑戰(zhàn)的體育項(xiàng)目，主要項(xiàng)目有野外露營、戶外攀巖、野外登山、戶外徒步、野外探洞等。 戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)80年代傳入中國，在我國30多年中得到了迅速開展，參與人數(shù)眾成倍增長。戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)中多數(shù)都會(huì)帶有探險(xiǎn)性質(zhì)，戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)同時(shí)也會(huì)給參與者帶來很大的刺激性和挑戰(zhàn)性，參與者擁抱自然的同時(shí)還可以挑戰(zhàn)自我。戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)不但能夠培養(yǎng)自身的毅力，也可以培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的協(xié)作精神，還可以提高個(gè)人生存能力。 本論文采用了文獻(xiàn)研究、現(xiàn)場實(shí)地考察、問卷調(diào)查訪問和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法，第一章是論文的前言部分，主要寫的是論文的選題依據(jù)、研究目的及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀以及技術(shù)路線；第二章主要對(duì)我國2011年戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)事故進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)。統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示我國在2011年共發(fā)生事件高達(dá)493起，遇難人數(shù)達(dá)到了93人，主要集中在5月份和10月份，對(duì)戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)象的描述和致因分析，，發(fā)現(xiàn)戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)安全事故發(fā)生的基本特征；第三章主要解釋了戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)相關(guān)安全概念的界定；第四章主要運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論與方法，對(duì)戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行辨識(shí)、評(píng)估，主要對(duì)戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)中，進(jìn)行人員、裝備、管理、環(huán)境等因素的辨識(shí)；第五章主要是進(jìn)行了戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，將主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分為優(yōu)先防范、充足準(zhǔn)備、日常監(jiān)控、定期檢查四大類，并對(duì)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的分析。第六章提出了戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)防對(duì)策，主要包括風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回避、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移。 本論文最后第七章提出了構(gòu)建我國戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)安全救援系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)主要下設(shè)4個(gè)小組，分為是監(jiān)控組、搜救組、交通組、醫(yī)療組，該系統(tǒng)主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)人員實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤、運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡回放、緊急報(bào)警等功能，保障參與者人生財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，使得戶外徒步運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國能夠得到安全健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Outdoor sport is a challenging sport with nature as its venue. The main events include field camping, outdoor rock climbing, field climbing, outdoor hiking, field hole exploration and so on. Outdoor hiking was introduced into China in 1980's, and it has been carried out rapidly in our country for more than 30 years, and the number of participants has increased exponentially. Most of the outdoor hiking activities have the nature of adventure, outdoor sports will also bring a lot of excitement and challenge to participants, participants can embrace nature but also challenge themselves. Outdoor hiking can not only cultivate their own perseverance, but also cultivate the team spirit of cooperation, but also improve the individual survival ability. The first chapter is the preface of the thesis, which is mainly about the basis, purpose and significance of the research, such as literature research, field investigation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the first chapter is the preface of the paper, which is mainly about the basis of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter is about the statistics of outdoor hiking accidents in China in 2011. Statistics show that 493 incidents occurred in China in 2011, and the number of people killed reached 93, mainly in May and October. The description and cause analysis of outdoor hiking phenomenon. Find out the basic characteristics of outdoor hiking safety accidents; the third chapter mainly explains the definition of outdoor hiking related safety concept; the fourth chapter mainly uses modern risk management theory and methods. Identification and evaluation of outdoor hiking safety risk, mainly the identification of personnel, equipment, management, environment and other factors in outdoor hiking. The main risks are divided into four categories: priority prevention, adequate preparation, routine monitoring and regular inspection. The risk factors are analyzed accordingly. The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures of outdoor hiking safety risk prevention, including risk avoidance, risk control and risk transfer. In the last chapter of this paper, the author puts forward the construction of safety rescue system for outdoor hiking in China. The system is divided into four groups: monitoring group, search and rescue group, traffic group, medical group, etc. The system mainly realizes the functions of real-time tracking, track replay, emergency alarm and so on, which ensures the life and property safety of the participants, and makes the outdoor hiking in our country safe and healthy development.
