【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代電網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展,安全管理工作中出現(xiàn)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增大、工作量猛增、計(jì)劃管理手段滯后、人員相對(duì)不足、生產(chǎn)班組超負(fù)荷工作、不安全現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生等現(xiàn)象。因此,如何控制安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如何量化班組工作負(fù)荷對(duì)電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行具有重要意義。生產(chǎn)作業(yè)承載能力是指一個(gè)生產(chǎn)單位(如班組)在某個(gè)特定時(shí)間段內(nèi)承擔(dān)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的能力。該能力涉及到人員職業(yè)素質(zhì)、人數(shù)、工具使用情況、工作地點(diǎn)以及工作時(shí)間等。進(jìn)行電網(wǎng)企業(yè)承載能力評(píng)估分析的主要目的是對(duì)電力企業(yè)生產(chǎn)單位的工具、人力時(shí)間等因素構(gòu)成的生產(chǎn)能在能力分析和把控。通過(guò)成各項(xiàng)承載能力在事前進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)的分析,并在分析基礎(chǔ)上制定符合生產(chǎn)單位承載能力的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,通過(guò)承載能力的分析評(píng)估,改變以前對(duì)電力生產(chǎn)粗放式的管理。通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的分析、采取使用的方式對(duì)承載能力有效的分析管理。做到事前就能對(duì)所承擔(dān)的工作量和工作過(guò)程中遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估并制定應(yīng)對(duì)措施,通過(guò)配備充足的后備資源,方便能快速的應(yīng)對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的突發(fā)事件。從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控,確保電力生產(chǎn)的安全。生產(chǎn)作業(yè)承載能力評(píng)估分析系統(tǒng)采用B/S三層架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā),系統(tǒng)由4個(gè)功能模塊構(gòu)成,包括基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)、安排計(jì)劃、承載能力、承載能力越限提示。在基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)模塊中可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的增、刪、改、查等操作,在權(quán)限控制方面,按照按照角色進(jìn)行劃分,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部用戶(hù)管理、角色管理等功能;在安排計(jì)劃模塊中,以工作任務(wù)為中心,安排相應(yīng)班組在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成工作,同時(shí)可根據(jù)情況調(diào)整人力、工器具等;在承載能力模塊中,當(dāng)需要查詢(xún)某個(gè)班組在某個(gè)時(shí)間段的承載能力時(shí),會(huì)以圖形及文本顯示總承載力、人力承載力、工具承載力、時(shí)間承載力等。方便用戶(hù)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的工作安排,以提高企業(yè)的工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern power grid, the security risk increases in the safety management work, the workload increases sharply, the planning management method lags behind, the personnel is relatively insufficient, the production team overloads the work, the unsafe phenomenon occurs from time to time and so on.Therefore, how to control the security risk and how to quantify the shift workloads are of great significance to the safe operation of the power grid.The carrying capacity of a production job is the ability of a production unit (such as a team) to undertake production tasks within a certain period of time.This ability relates to professional quality, number of people, use of tools, workplace and working hours.The main purpose of evaluating and analyzing the carrying capacity of power grid enterprises is to analyze and control the production capacity of power enterprises by means of tools, manpower time and other factors.Through the accurate analysis of the bearing capacity in advance and on the basis of the analysis, the production plan which accords with the carrying capacity of the production unit is formulated. Through the analysis and evaluation of the carrying capacity, the extensive management of electric power production is changed.Through simple analysis, use the method of carrying capacity analysis and management effectively.It can assess the workload and the risk encountered in the working process beforehand and formulate the countermeasures. Through the allocation of sufficient reserve resources, it is convenient to deal with the unexpected events in the production process quickly.Therefore, the production risk of power grid enterprises can be controlled and the safety of electric power production can be ensured.The system is designed and developed with B / S three-tier architecture. The system is composed of four functional modules, including basic data maintenance, planning, carrying capacity and carrying capacity beyond the limit.In the basic data maintenance module, the data can be added, deleted, changed, checked and so on. In the area of authority control, the functions of internal user management, role management and so on can be realized according to the roles.Take the work task as the center, arrange the corresponding shift group to finish the work within the specified time, at the same time, can adjust the manpower, the work equipment and so on according to the situation; in the carrying capacity module, when need to inquire the bearing capacity of a certain group in a certain time period,Graphic and text will show the total bearing capacity, human capacity, tool capacity, time bearing capacity, etc.Convenient for users to work according to the actual situation, to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
