【摘要】：分析冰面塌陷事故的形成原因,對事故救援特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,歸納總結(jié)十余種救援方法并自行研制了救援器材,提出冰面現(xiàn)場救援應(yīng)注意的問題,如快速施救、與被困者保持適當(dāng)?shù)木嚯x等,對實際冰面塌陷事故救援具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the causes of ice collapse accident, analyzes the characteristics of accident rescue, sums up more than ten kinds of rescue methods and develops rescue equipment by ourselves, and puts forward some problems needing attention in ice field rescue, such as quick rescue.Keeping a proper distance with the trapped persons is of guiding significance to the rescue of actual ice collapse accidents.
