基于ZigBee無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的井下動態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:煤炭工業(yè)的發(fā)展對我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)起到了巨大的推動作用,但是井下瓦斯爆炸、頂板滲水塌方等事故嚴(yán)重威脅井下工作人員的人身安全。因此,為確保井下工作安全、快速、高效、準(zhǔn)確、實(shí)時的監(jiān)測井下參數(shù)指標(biāo)并對井下工作人員進(jìn)行移動定位,顯得十分必要。 本課題針對煤礦井下工作環(huán)境中的CH4、CO、溫度、煙霧粉塵等數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測以及井下工作人員的移動定位,集成無線通信技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),研發(fā)了一套基于ZigBee無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的井下環(huán)境實(shí)時動態(tài)監(jiān)測軟硬件系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)下位基于ZigBee的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò),運(yùn)用三種邏輯節(jié)點(diǎn)組網(wǎng),用于現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的采集與數(shù)據(jù)傳輸;系統(tǒng)選擇了基于RSSI的定位技術(shù),,該定位算法實(shí)現(xiàn)了井下工作人員移動定位坐標(biāo)的獲;采用C#.NET開發(fā)平臺,構(gòu)建并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于WEB的上位實(shí)時動態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對動態(tài)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時監(jiān)測、超限報(bào)警、動態(tài)分析、數(shù)據(jù)管理與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對井下工作人員的移動方位實(shí)時監(jiān)督與運(yùn)動軌跡管理等功能。 該系統(tǒng)在對井下環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)與工作人員移動定位實(shí)時監(jiān)測的基礎(chǔ)上,能及時預(yù)警危險狀況并提示監(jiān)督管理人員及時作出應(yīng)對決策,避免人員傷亡事故的發(fā)生。其ZigBee技術(shù)的應(yīng)用以及基于WEB的上位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),使得該系統(tǒng)在低功耗、低成本的基礎(chǔ)上,組網(wǎng)自由,便于后期維護(hù)。
[Abstract]:The development of the coal industry to the enormous impetus to China's economy, but the gas explosion accident of roof water seepage, landslides and other serious threat to underground personnel safety. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of underground work, fast, efficient, accurate, real-time monitoring parameters of underground and mobile location of underground work staff is very necessary.
Aiming at the coal mine working environment in CH4, CO, temperature, smoke dust and other mobile positioning and monitoring data of underground workers, the integration of wireless communication technology, network technology, database technology, developed a set of real-time dynamic monitoring of underground ZigBee wireless sensor network environment. The system hardware and software system based on wireless sensor network based on ZigBee, using three kinds of logical node network, for data acquisition and transmission monitoring data; the system chose positioning technology based on RSSI, the algorithm can obtain the underground staff mobile positioning coordinates; using C#.NET development platform, designed and implemented the real-time dynamic monitoring system based on WEB implementation the real-time monitoring of dynamic monitoring alarm, dynamic analysis, data management and statistical analysis, the realization of the mobile side of the staff The function of real-time monitoring and trajectory management.
The system is based on the environment of mine data and staff mobile positioning in real-time monitoring, timely warning and prompt risk supervision and management personnel in a timely manner to deal with the decision, to avoid casualties accidents. The development and application of the ZigBee technology and WEB based on the upper monitoring control system, which makes the system in low power, free network based on low cost, easy maintenance,.
