油型氣涌出礦井局部通風(fēng)排瓦斯優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了對(duì)油型氣涌出條件下掘進(jìn)巷道局部通風(fēng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,解決油型氣涌出造成的掘進(jìn)巷道局部瓦斯超限問題,采用仿真軟件ANSYS對(duì)掘進(jìn)巷道壓入式通風(fēng)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,運(yùn)用壓入式通風(fēng)掘進(jìn)工作面風(fēng)流流場結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對(duì)油型氣涌出條件下掘進(jìn)巷道中CH4濃度分布進(jìn)行研究,分析了風(fēng)筒進(jìn)風(fēng)速度分別為8,10,12 m/s以及風(fēng)筒直徑分別為0.6,0.8,1 m時(shí),油型氣主要成分CH4在巷道中的擴(kuò)散規(guī)律。研究表明,當(dāng)風(fēng)筒風(fēng)速由8 m/s增加到12 m/s,風(fēng)筒直徑由0.6 m增加為1 m時(shí),油型氣與巷道內(nèi)風(fēng)流混合更加充分,高濃度CH4區(qū)域更小,工作面回風(fēng)瓦斯?jié)舛仍?.5%左右,符合《煤礦安全規(guī)程》規(guī)定。由此可見,掘進(jìn)巷道有油型氣涌出時(shí),根據(jù)工作面實(shí)際情況適當(dāng)?shù)脑黾语L(fēng)速,增大風(fēng)筒直徑可以有效地排出底板油型氣,有效預(yù)防局部瓦斯超限,改善掘進(jìn)工作面作業(yè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the local ventilation parameters of tunneling roadway under the condition of oil-type gas emission and to solve the problem of local gas exceeding limit caused by oil-type gas emission, the numerical simulation of pressure-entry ventilation in tunneling roadway was carried out by using the simulation software ANSYS.In this paper, the CH4 concentration distribution in roadway under the condition of oil-type gas emission is studied by using the structure characteristics of wind flow field in pressure-type ventilation tunneling face. When the air velocity of the tuyere is 81010m / s and the diameter of the tuyere is 0.6m 0.8m, respectively, the distribution of CH4 concentration in the roadway is studied.Diffusion of CH4, the main component of oil gas, in roadway.The results show that when the wind speed of the tuyere increases from 8 m / s to 12 m / s, and the diameter of the tuyere increases from 0.6 m to 1 m, the mixture of oil type gas and air flow in the roadway becomes more fully, and the area of high concentration CH4 is smaller, and the gas concentration of return air in the working face is about 0.5%.Comply with the coal mine safety regulations.Thus it can be seen that when oil type gas is gushed out of tunneling roadway, according to the actual situation of working face, increasing wind speed appropriately, increasing air tube diameter can effectively discharge oil type gas from bottom plate, effectively prevent local gas from exceeding limit, and improve the working environment of driving face.
