煤礦五床式乏風(fēng)瓦斯蓄熱氧化裝置設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為解決現(xiàn)有蓄熱氧化裝置存在的甲烷氧化率較低技術(shù)難題,設(shè)計(jì)了五床式乏風(fēng)瓦斯蓄熱氧化裝置,闡述了裝置的工作原理。該裝置在傳統(tǒng)的蓄熱、放熱循環(huán)中增加了1個(gè)吹掃凈化過(guò)程,大幅減少了裝置中的乏風(fēng)殘留量,將甲烷氧化率提高至98%以上。介紹了氧化室、燃燒室、氣流分配室及預(yù)熱系統(tǒng)等部件的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,以及裝置的總裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。該項(xiàng)技術(shù)將在重慶松藻打通一礦進(jìn)行工業(yè)性示范,目前項(xiàng)目正處于建設(shè)階段。該套工業(yè)性示范系統(tǒng)投入運(yùn)行后,每年可生產(chǎn)過(guò)熱蒸汽6.48萬(wàn)t,減排CO2當(dāng)量10.7萬(wàn)t,具有良好的節(jié)能減排效益。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the technical problem of low methane oxidation rate in existing regenerative oxidation units, a five-bed exhaust gas heat storage and oxidation device was designed and its working principle was expounded.In the traditional heat storage and exothermic cycle, a purge purification process was added, the spent air residue was greatly reduced, and the oxidation rate of methane was increased to more than 98%.The design process of oxidation chamber, combustion chamber, air distribution chamber and preheating system, as well as the design scheme of the assembly structure of the unit are introduced.The technology will be industrial demonstration at Songzao No. 1 Mine in Chongqing, and the project is currently under construction.After the industrial demonstration system is put into operation, it can produce 64800 tons of superheated steam every year and reduce CO2 equivalent of 107000 t, which has good energy saving and emission reduction benefit.
