【摘要】:隨著國家電網(wǎng)公司“三集五大”體系建設(shè)的進(jìn)一步深入,電力檢修企業(yè)開展安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析已成為確保電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定可靠運(yùn)行、保證連續(xù)可靠供電和提升企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平的重大舉措。本文以國網(wǎng)河北省電力公司檢修分公司實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為依托,依據(jù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論,整合多年來積累的多種實(shí)際風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方式,經(jīng)過深入細(xì)致的調(diào)研,運(yùn)用信息化技術(shù),在電力檢修企業(yè)現(xiàn)場作業(yè)全過程中,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)現(xiàn)場作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)辨識(shí)與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的“可控、能控、在控”。本文首先介紹了選題的背景和研究的意義,以及國內(nèi)外研究學(xué)者在安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論領(lǐng)域的理論研究與實(shí)際應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,其次分析研究了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)理論,這些是論文研究現(xiàn)場作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量化模型的理論支撐,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文研究了現(xiàn)場作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量化理論。然后介紹了現(xiàn)場作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā),針對(duì)系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù),確定了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想:統(tǒng)一工作流管理、智能搜索、移動(dòng)應(yīng)用解決方案和統(tǒng)一權(quán)限分配管理;確定了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、以及功能模塊設(shè)計(jì);最后分析了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)所采用的信息技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)功能,給出了系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)功能的具體任務(wù)。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容是緊密結(jié)合電力檢修企業(yè)實(shí)際需要,內(nèi)容包括系統(tǒng)的理論分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn),目標(biāo)是建立基于服務(wù)器端的網(wǎng)絡(luò)版現(xiàn)場作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)辨識(shí)與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本文研究的系統(tǒng)是采用JAVA語言,來完成系統(tǒng)的全部開發(fā),本系統(tǒng)采用了ORACLE9I數(shù)據(jù)庫,本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了統(tǒng)一的業(yè)務(wù)處理和業(yè)務(wù)流程跟蹤管理。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the "three sets and five" system of the State Grid Company, the safety risk analysis carried out by the electric power overhaul enterprises has become to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the power grid. The major measures to ensure continuous and reliable power supply and to improve the management level of enterprises. This paper is based on the actual project of Hebei Electric Power Company of China Power Company, based on the theory of safety risk management. Integrating various practical risk management methods accumulated over the years, through thorough and meticulous investigation and application of information technology, a field operation risk identification and monitoring system is designed and implemented in the whole process of field operation of electric power overhaul enterprises. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the selected topic, and the theoretical research and practical application status of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of safety risk theory. Secondly, the related risk theory is analyzed and studied, which is the theoretical support of this paper. On this basis, the paper studies the risk quantification theory of field operation, and then introduces the development of field operation risk monitoring system. According to the system business, the design idea of the system is determined: unified workflow management, intelligent search, mobile application solution and unified authority allocation management, system architecture design and function module design. Finally, the information technology used in the system implementation is analyzed, the detailed functions of the system are realized, and the specific tasks of the detailed functions of the system are given. The main research content of this paper is closely combined with the actual needs of the electric power overhaul enterprises. The content includes the system theory analysis, system design and system function realization, the goal is to establish the network version of the network job risk identification and monitoring system based on the server. The system studied in this paper is based on JAVA language. The system uses ORACLE9I database, the system realizes unified business processing and business process tracking management.
