基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)建設(shè)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我國非煤地下礦山安全生產(chǎn)形勢嚴(yán)峻、安全管理技術(shù)水平普遍不高,這對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長和礦業(yè)可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展帶來了嚴(yán)重的威脅。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的興起和發(fā)展,給礦山企業(yè)解決安全生產(chǎn)管理問題提供了新思路;谖锫(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)建設(shè)有助于礦山人員、設(shè)備、環(huán)境的全面感知,豐富了礦山安全生產(chǎn)管理手段,提高了礦山感知各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和災(zāi)害的能力。本文結(jié)合礦山實(shí)際情況,采用科學(xué)理論對感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)建設(shè)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究和探討,主要研究內(nèi)容和成果如下: (1)分析了當(dāng)前非煤地下礦山建設(shè)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)的必要性。結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)共有的技術(shù)內(nèi)涵和礦山行業(yè)的典型特點(diǎn),論述了感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)的概念及特征;基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)的開放式網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),確定了感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的應(yīng)用模型。 (2)提出感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)由統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸平臺(tái)、統(tǒng)一的應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺(tái)和功能完善的應(yīng)用子系統(tǒng)組成。確定了基于Wi-Fi+ZigBee技術(shù)的感知網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)方案,基于千兆光纖以太環(huán)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的主干網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)方案,基于Microsoft Silverlight技術(shù)和.NET開發(fā)平臺(tái)等環(huán)境下的應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺(tái)開發(fā)方案,確定了11個(gè)主要應(yīng)用子系統(tǒng)的功能需求和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。 (3)基于感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)建設(shè)總體方案,緊密結(jié)合凡口鉛鋅礦保障系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,分析了凡口鉛鋅礦感知礦山保障系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)需求,并對其建設(shè)內(nèi)容逐一進(jìn)行技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)。 (4)運(yùn)用可拓學(xué)理論構(gòu)建了礦山保障系統(tǒng)感知能力的可拓學(xué)評價(jià)模型,采用組合賦權(quán)法更加科學(xué)合理的確定模型中各評價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。應(yīng)用該評價(jià)模型對凡口鉛鋅礦保障系統(tǒng)感知能力進(jìn)行了評價(jià),得出凡口鉛鋅礦保障系統(tǒng)感知能力較強(qiáng)。根據(jù)評價(jià)結(jié)果提出了進(jìn)一步提高其感知能力的改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:The safe production situation of non-coal underground mines in China is severe, and the level of safety management technology is generally not high, which brings a serious threat to the steady growth of the national economy and the sustainable and healthy development of the mining industry, and the rise and development of the Internet of things technology. It provides a new way for mine enterprises to solve the problem of safety production management. The construction of perceptual mine security system based on Internet of things technology is helpful to the overall perception of mine personnel, equipment and environment, and enriches the means of mine safety production management. The ability of mine to perceive all kinds of risks and disasters has been improved. In this paper, the scientific theory is used to systematically study and discuss the construction of mine security system based on the actual situation of mine. The main research contents and results are as follows:. This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the perceptual mine support system based on the Internet of things technology in the present non-coal underground mines, and discusses the concept and characteristics of the perceptual mine security system in combination with the common technical connotation of the Internet of things and the typical characteristics of the mining industry. Based on the open network architecture of Internet of things (IOT), the application model of perceptual mine support system is established. This paper puts forward that the perceptual mine support system is composed of a unified network transmission platform, a unified application service platform and a well-functioning application subsystem. The construction scheme of the perceptual network based on Wi-Fi ZigBee technology is determined. Based on the backbone network construction scheme based on gigabit optical fiber Ethernet ring technology and the application service platform development scheme based on Microsoft Silverlight technology and .NET development platform, the functional requirements and network structure of 11 main application subsystems are determined. Based on the overall scheme of the construction of the perceptual mine security system and the current situation of the Fankou lead-zinc mine security system, the construction requirements of the Fankou Pb-Zn mine security system are analyzed, and the construction contents are designed one by one. (4) the extension evaluation model of mine support system's perceptual ability is constructed by using extension theory. The weight of each evaluation index in the model is determined more scientifically and reasonably by using the combined weighting method, and the perceptual ability of the guarantee system in Fankou Pb-Zn Mine is evaluated by using the evaluation model. It is concluded that the security system of Fankou Pb-Zn Mine has strong perceptual ability. According to the evaluation results, the improvement measures for further improving its perception ability are put forward.
