【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是多學(xué)科融合的新世紀(jì),在本世紀(jì)中很多重要學(xué)科突破都是來(lái)自于多學(xué)科融合的貢獻(xiàn)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),近8年頒發(fā)的自然科學(xué)類諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)中學(xué)科交叉的研究成果占獲獎(jiǎng)總數(shù)的66.7%�？梢钥闯鰧W(xué)科融合與交叉是科學(xué)研究取得突破性進(jìn)展的重要途徑,學(xué)科融合需要學(xué)者經(jīng)常性地在學(xué)科的邊界開展交叉學(xué)科的研究。用不同學(xué)科的主要研究思想進(jìn)行通匯交叉,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生創(chuàng)新的思想。隨著安全科學(xué)這門新興交叉學(xué)科在我國(guó)各大知名高校建立,人們開始重新審視安全問題;或者說通過安全科學(xué)研究的進(jìn)展,人們開始用科學(xué)的方法來(lái)解決安全問題。論文首先對(duì)近幾年來(lái)安全科學(xué)研究近況進(jìn)行了分析,針對(duì)“人”“物”和“環(huán)境”三個(gè)方面的安全研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)以“人”為研究主題的相關(guān)研究工作和研究方法做了總結(jié)。本文以復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論為學(xué)科背景,對(duì)人類群體安全問題進(jìn)行了探討。復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論適用于群體特性研究,其特性之一是涌現(xiàn)性。因此,本文第二章給出了復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)科學(xué)背景的詳細(xì)介紹,對(duì)復(fù)雜群體系統(tǒng)建模進(jìn)行了諸如元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)等的概念性說明。在第三章中,針對(duì)個(gè)體安全意識(shí)到群體安全意識(shí)的涌現(xiàn),進(jìn)行了復(fù)雜群體系統(tǒng)模型的仿真研究;對(duì)比分析了不同環(huán)境下群體安全意識(shí)的響應(yīng)度以及安全指數(shù)。在合理比例條件下,通過引入處于安全意識(shí)響應(yīng)狀態(tài)的個(gè)體,引導(dǎo)群體安全意識(shí)的涌現(xiàn)并提高群體安全指數(shù)。根據(jù)安全的相對(duì)性,第四章定義了個(gè)體安全認(rèn)知,采用復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論針對(duì)群體安全認(rèn)知個(gè)體之間的交互和群體協(xié)調(diào)的涌現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了仿真研究。以個(gè)體安全認(rèn)知交互為出發(fā)點(diǎn),制定了群體安全的約束規(guī)則,通過規(guī)則得出在工作環(huán)境中涌現(xiàn)群體安全認(rèn)知和安全意識(shí)的狀態(tài)以及調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間。以復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論為背景研究群體系統(tǒng)的安全問題,特別地利用復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論中的涌現(xiàn)特性研究群體的安全意識(shí)和安全認(rèn)知,為復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論從“簡(jiǎn)單”的個(gè)體交互約束分析到群體涌現(xiàn)的高“復(fù)雜”特性研究,本文提供了一個(gè)復(fù)雜群體系統(tǒng)安全管理分析和研究的案例。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is a new century of multi-disciplinary integration. In this century, many important discipline breakthroughs come from the contributions of multi-disciplinary integration. According to statistics, In the past eight years, the research results of interdisciplinary research in the Nobel Prize of Natural Science accounted for 66.7% of the total number of awards. It can be seen that the integration and intersection of disciplines is an important way to make breakthrough progress in scientific research. Subject fusion requires scholars to regularly carry out interdisciplinary research on the boundaries of disciplines. With the establishment of safety science as a new interdisciplinary subject in the major universities and colleges in China, people began to re-examine the issue of security; or, through the progress of safety science research, People begin to use scientific methods to solve safety problems. Firstly, this paper analyzes the recent situation of safety science research in recent years, and summarizes the safety research literature of "human" "object" and "environment". In this paper, based on the complex system theory as the subject background, the problem of human group security is discussed. The complex system theory is suitable for the study of population characteristics. One of its characteristics is emergence. Therefore, the second chapter of this paper gives a detailed introduction to the scientific background of complex systems, and gives a conceptual description of complex group system modeling, such as cellular automata, etc. In Chapter 3, Aiming at the emergence of individual security consciousness and group security consciousness, the simulation study of complex group system model is carried out, and the response degree and safety index of group security consciousness under different environments are compared and analyzed. By introducing the individuals who are in the state of safety consciousness response, the emergence of group safety consciousness and the improvement of group safety index are guided. According to the relativity of security, the fourth chapter defines individual safety cognition. The complex system theory is used to simulate the interaction between the individuals of group security cognition and the emergence of group coordination. Based on the interaction of individual security cognition, the constraint rules of group security are formulated. According to the rules, the state of safety cognition and safety consciousness and the adjustment time are obtained. The security problems of group system are studied in the background of complex system theory. In particular, the emergence characteristics of complex system theory are used to study the security consciousness and security cognition of the population, and to study the high "complex" characteristic of the emergence of the complex system theory from the "simple" individual interaction constraint analysis to the high "complex" characteristic of the complex system theory. This paper provides a case study of security management in complex group systems.
