【摘要】：為研究建筑工人安全態(tài)度及其影響因素,基于學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛接受的態(tài)度定義,分析建筑工人安全態(tài)度內(nèi)涵,在此基礎(chǔ)上,編制安全態(tài)度測量表并對100名建筑工人進行問卷調(diào)查,其結(jié)果證明所編量表有效;基于已有研究成果,將安全態(tài)度影響因素分為個人、作業(yè)崗位和管理3個方面,包括年齡、性別、工作年限等34個影響因素,用相關(guān)性分析和主成分分析方法,找出安全態(tài)度的主要影響因素,并構(gòu)建建筑工人安全態(tài)度綜合影響因素模型。結(jié)果表明,工作年限、薪酬福利和合同類型等15個因素對安全態(tài)度影響作用顯著;對于個體、作業(yè)崗位和管理3方面綜合影響因素,對安全態(tài)度影響最大的是管理綜合影響因素。
[Abstract]:In order to study the safety attitude of construction workers and its influencing factors, based on the widely accepted definition of attitude in academic circles, the connotation of safety attitude of construction workers was analyzed. On the basis of this, a safety attitude scale was compiled and 100 construction workers were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that the scale was effective, and based on the existing research results, the influencing factors of safety attitude were divided into three aspects: individual, job position and management, including 34 influencing factors, such as age, sex, working years, etc. By means of correlation analysis and principal component analysis, the main influencing factors of safety attitude were found out, and the comprehensive influencing factors model of safety attitude of construction workers was constructed. Fifteen factors, such as salary, welfare and contract type, had a significant effect on safety attitude, while for individual, job and management, the most important influence factors were management.
