【摘要】：化工行業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各種中介物、成品在社會(huì)發(fā)展和人民生活中具有重要地位。但近期曝光的化工廠(chǎng)爆炸、員工中毒、職業(yè)病等一系列聳人聽(tīng)聞事故嚴(yán)重影響了行業(yè)職工健康與安全,歸根到底與化工行業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程日常管理密切相關(guān),因此職業(yè)健康與安全管理問(wèn)題又一次暴露在公眾面前,成為國(guó)家和各級(jí)職能部門(mén)當(dāng)前重要的工作任務(wù)。 本文從筆者實(shí)踐鍛煉單位的調(diào)研情況出發(fā),首先闡述職業(yè)健康與安全管理的概念、重要性與發(fā)展歷程,接著以WH化工有限公司CMC產(chǎn)品管理為例,針對(duì)目前化工行業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中普遍存在的職業(yè)健康與安全問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,提出實(shí)施和認(rèn)證OHSAS18000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的必要性與可行性,并詳細(xì)分析了實(shí)施的效果、難點(diǎn)與重點(diǎn)。同時(shí)初步探索出符合中小化工生產(chǎn)企業(yè)貫徹OHSAS18000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的步驟,并提出一些切實(shí)可行的建議。 當(dāng)然,具體企業(yè)面臨的環(huán)境千差萬(wàn)別,在執(zhí)行操作中必然會(huì)碰到各種各樣的困難,但是本文認(rèn)為企業(yè)要想長(zhǎng)久生存、健康發(fā)展,必須擁有一套嚴(yán)格的職業(yè)健康與安全管理制度和方法。
[Abstract]:All kinds of intermediates produced by the chemical industry play an important role in social development and people's life. A series of sensational accidents, such as occupational diseases, have seriously affected the health and safety of workers and staff in the industry and, in the final analysis, are closely related to the daily management of the production process in the chemical industry. Therefore, the management of occupational health and safety has once again been exposed to the public. It has become an important task for the state and the functional departments at all levels. Based on the investigation of the author's practice, this paper first expounds the concept, importance and development of occupational health and safety management, and then takes the CMC product management of WH Chemical Industry Co., Ltd as an example. Based on the systematic analysis of occupational health and safety in chemical industry, the necessity and feasibility of implementing and certifying OHSAS18000 standard are put forward, and the effect of implementation is analyzed in detail. At the same time, the steps of implementing OHSAS18000 standard in small and medium-sized chemical production enterprises are explored, and some practical suggestions are put forward. Of course, the environment that specific enterprises are faced with is very different, and they will inevitably encounter various difficulties in carrying out their operations. However, this paper believes that enterprises want to survive for a long time and develop healthily. Must have a strict occupational health and safety management system and methods.
