【摘要】：剖析《建筑通風(fēng)和排煙系統(tǒng)用防火閥門》中關(guān)于環(huán)境溫度下的漏風(fēng)量和耐火性能的試驗(yàn)設(shè)備和試驗(yàn)步驟的規(guī)定,總結(jié)防火閥門漏風(fēng)量測量試驗(yàn)過程中的問題,包括漏風(fēng)量試驗(yàn)安裝繁瑣;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔板流量計(jì)選用具有局限性;系統(tǒng)漏風(fēng)量小于25 m3/h難于實(shí)現(xiàn);引風(fēng)機(jī)選型復(fù)雜和漏風(fēng)量計(jì)算過程中溫度壓力修正模糊等。建議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂時(shí),可采用轉(zhuǎn)接頭進(jìn)行防火閥門安裝試驗(yàn);增加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔板流量計(jì)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)和適用范圍的描述;重新定義系統(tǒng)漏風(fēng)量,保證可操作性;具體規(guī)定引風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)量;增加漏風(fēng)量測量過程中氣體介質(zhì)冷卻裝置等。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the regulations on the test equipment and test steps for air leakage and fire resistance of building ventilation and smoke exhaust system under ambient temperature, and summarizes the problems in the air leakage measurement test process of fire proof valves. It includes the complicated installation of air leakage test, the limitation of selecting standard orifice plate Flowmeter, the difficulty of realizing air leakage less than 25 m3 / h, the complicated selection of draft fan and the modification of temperature and pressure in the calculation of air leakage, etc. When the standard is revised, it is suggested that, The key parameters and applicable range of the standard orifice Flowmeter can be increased by using the rotary joint to carry out the installation test of the fire-proof valve, the air leakage rate of the system can be redefined to ensure the operability, and the air volume of the induced fan can be specified in detail. Increase air leakage measurement in the process of gas medium cooling device and so on.
