基于SEM的企業(yè)安全績效維度指標(biāo)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)安全績效是企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)管理整體效果的體現(xiàn),即企業(yè)通過系統(tǒng)的管理方法所呈現(xiàn)的生產(chǎn)安全狀況的好壞。眾多學(xué)者和一些優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)對企業(yè)安全績效的研究大都致力于維度指標(biāo)的選擇以及如何對其進(jìn)行有效的測量,而且在理論研究和實(shí)踐方面都做了不同的嘗試,但是由于行業(yè)背景、研究對象以及研究工具的不同,得到的安全績效維度指標(biāo)體系也不盡相同,沒有得到一致的結(jié)論。此外,很少有學(xué)者對建立的安全績效維度指標(biāo)以及它們之間關(guān)系的科學(xué)性和可靠性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。所以建立一套普適性和科學(xué)可靠的企業(yè)安全績效維度指標(biāo)體系很有必要。本文采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)來對建立的企業(yè)安全績效維度指標(biāo)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并對維度指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果找出企業(yè)存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的措施來提高企業(yè)的安全績效。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)通過理論分析、文獻(xiàn)綜述以研究,建立了一套企業(yè)安全績效維度指標(biāo)體系,共計(jì)三個(gè)維度和十個(gè)指標(biāo)。 (2)結(jié)合確定的安全績效維度指標(biāo)體系,通過問卷的文獻(xiàn)綜述,編制了一套安全績效調(diào)查問卷。并根據(jù)安全績效維度指標(biāo)間的邏輯關(guān)系,分別對安全績效、安全文化、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理構(gòu)建了假設(shè)模型。 (3)利用SPSS19.0軟件對回收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,通過預(yù)試問卷、修正問卷的兩次發(fā)放與分析,最終確定了包含44個(gè)題項(xiàng)的正式問卷,并通過信效度分析,分析結(jié)果表明正式問卷具有良好的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。 (4)通過AMOS17.0軟件和“驗(yàn)證性數(shù)據(jù)”對構(gòu)建的四個(gè)假設(shè)模型進(jìn)行擬合驗(yàn)證,得到了安全文化各二級(jí)維度指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的二級(jí)維度指標(biāo)對它的影響大小,還得到各維度指標(biāo)對安全績效的影響大小以及各維度指標(biāo)之間的相互關(guān)系。分析結(jié)果表明安全績效由安全文化、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和應(yīng)急預(yù)防管理組成,在十個(gè)二級(jí)維度指標(biāo)中,危險(xiǎn)辨識(shí)與評(píng)估控制對安全績效的影響系數(shù)最大,監(jiān)督檢查、應(yīng)急管理和事故管理次之,安全培訓(xùn)與管理組織制度對安全績效的影響系數(shù)最小。
[Abstract]:Enterprise safety performance is the embodiment of the overall effect of enterprise safety production management. Many scholars and some excellent enterprises mostly focus on the choice of dimensionality index and how to measure it effectively. But because of the different industry background, the research object and the research tool, the index system of the safety performance dimension is not the same, and has not got the consistent conclusion, in the aspect of the theory research and the practice, but because of the different industry background, the research object and the research tool, obtains the safety performance dimension index system also to be different. There are few scholars to verify the scientific and reliability of the safety performance dimension and the relationship between them, so it is necessary to establish a set of universal and scientific enterprise safety performance dimension index system. In this paper, the structural equation model (SEM) is used to verify the dimension of enterprise security performance. According to the analysis results to find out the problems existing in enterprises, and put forward the corresponding measures to improve the safety performance of enterprises. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) through theoretical analysis and literature review, a set of enterprise safety performance dimension index system is established, with a total of three dimensions and ten indicators. 2) based on the established index system of safety performance dimension and the literature review of the questionnaire, a set of safety performance questionnaire is compiled. According to the logical relationship between the safety performance dimension indicators, the safety performance and safety culture are analyzed respectively. A hypothetical model is constructed for risk management. (3) using SPSS19.0 software to analyze the recovered data, through the pre-test paper, the questionnaire was revised twice, the formal questionnaire containing 44 items was determined, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed. The results show that the formal questionnaire has good reliability and stability. 4) the four hypothetical models are fitted and verified by AMOS17.0 software and "confirmatory data", and the relationship between the two dimension indexes of safety culture is obtained, and the influence of the second dimension index of risk management on it is obtained. The results show that safety performance is composed of safety culture, risk management and emergency prevention management. Hazard identification and assessment control has the greatest influence on safety performance, supervision and inspection, emergency management and accident management are the second, and safety training and management organizational system has the least impact on safety performance.
