掘進(jìn)工作面可調(diào)控雙錐形一體化泡沫降塵裝置的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為解決掘進(jìn)時(shí)粉塵濃度高、能見度低的問題,達(dá)到改善作業(yè)環(huán)境并減少對工作人員危害的目的。運(yùn)用流體力學(xué)的渦流和射流原理,研發(fā)出可調(diào)控雙錐形一體化泡沫降塵裝置,通過多次模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)確定其最佳的技術(shù)原理、設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)及操作方法。憑借系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)部件設(shè)計(jì)氣-液二相控制面板,實(shí)現(xiàn)對氣液比的調(diào)節(jié)與監(jiān)控。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:通過對閥門的調(diào)節(jié),泡沫降塵過程中可以實(shí)現(xiàn)氣液比的調(diào)控,能夠產(chǎn)生連續(xù)、均勻的泡沫,發(fā)泡劑最佳濃度為2.5%,泡沫回收裝置能有效的回收積液。全塵、呼塵降塵效率分別達(dá)到93.4%和90.2%,起到全面立體控塵的效果。該裝置能夠?qū)ΦV井綜掘面高效降塵,成泡量與粒徑準(zhǔn)確控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)不同礦井不同粒度塵源的控制。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration and low visibility during tunneling, to improve the working environment and reduce the harm to the workers, the adjustable biconical integrated foam dust control device was developed by using the eddy current and jet principle of hydrodynamics. The optimum technical principle, design structure and operation method are determined through several simulation experiments. The gas-liquid two-phase control panel is designed with the help of the adjusting parts of the system to realize the regulation and monitoring of the gas-liquid ratio. The experiment shows that the valve can be adjusted by adjusting the valve. During the dedusting process of foam, the ratio of gas to liquid can be controlled, and a continuous and uniform foam can be produced. The best concentration of foaming agent is 2.5. The foam recovery device can effectively recover the accumulated liquid. The dust reduction efficiency of exhaling dust reaches 93.4% and 90.2, respectively, which has the effect of overall stereoscopic dust control. This device can control the dust of fully mechanized driving face with high efficiency, accurate control of foaming amount and particle size, and realize the control of dust sources of different particle sizes in different mines.
