白皎煤礦余煤復(fù)采頂板控制及防滅火技術(shù)應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我國煤礦安全問題日益突出,其中火災(zāi)是煤礦主要災(zāi)害之一,時刻威脅著煤礦井下的安全生產(chǎn)。采空區(qū)余煤復(fù)采是指對初次開采時的采肥丟瘦或不放頂煤而遺留在采空區(qū)內(nèi)的部分資源進(jìn)行的復(fù)采回收。白皎煤礦2024工作面是復(fù)采工作面,由于復(fù)采的是已經(jīng)破碎的煤體,與初次開采相比,頂板和煤體的破碎給復(fù)采過程的安全保障工作帶來較大的技術(shù)難題,頂板易冒落、難管理和巷道掘進(jìn)難、維護(hù)繁重,同時受漏風(fēng)的影響復(fù)采更容易發(fā)生火災(zāi),,進(jìn)而嚴(yán)重威脅復(fù)采的安全生產(chǎn)。本文結(jié)合白皎煤礦的礦井概況以及復(fù)采自燃的一般特點,分析了白皎煤礦2024復(fù) 采工作面自然發(fā)火防治的重點。以白皎煤礦2024復(fù)采工作面為地質(zhì)原型,開展物理相似模擬實驗,掌握了2024復(fù)采工作面上覆巖層運動規(guī)律和巖層變形破壞移動規(guī)律。結(jié)合工作面自燃危險區(qū)域的判定理論,提高開采速度,從而有效地對煤自燃進(jìn)行防治,最終確定了對白皎煤礦2024復(fù)采工作面頂板進(jìn)行充填威爾浮加固管理,并且優(yōu)化了頂板管理的工藝。根據(jù)復(fù)采煤自燃的特點,采取注膠體和液態(tài)CO_2綜合煤自燃防治技術(shù)方案,并且順利實施,完成回采。在撤架期間架后發(fā)現(xiàn)指標(biāo)氣體CO異常現(xiàn)象,又通過合理的設(shè)計進(jìn)行補(bǔ)注膠體和液態(tài)CO_2,使得高溫區(qū)域得到有效的控制,并且對治理效果進(jìn)行分析,最后安全撤架。本次實踐研究得出的結(jié)論,具有一定的參考意義和實用價值,可在類似礦井推廣使用。
[Abstract]:The problem of coal mine safety is becoming more and more prominent in our country, among which fire is one of the main disasters in coal mine. It is always a threat to the safe production of coal mine. The remining of the remaining coal in goaf is the recovery of some of the resources left in the goaf when the first mining is lost or not caving. The 2024 face of Baijiao Coal Mine is a remining face. Compared with the initial mining, the broken roof and coal body bring great technical problems to the safety and security work of the remining process, and the roof is easy to fall, difficult to manage, difficult to dig in the roadway, and hard to maintain. At the same time, under the influence of air leakage, remining is more prone to fire, and then serious threat to the safety of mining production. Combined with the general situation of Baijiao coal mine and the general characteristics of spontaneous combustion, this paper analyzes the 2024 recovery of Baijiao coal mine. The key points of prevention and cure of spontaneous combustion in mining face. Taking 2024 compound mining face of Baijiao Coal Mine as geological prototype, the physical similarity simulation experiment was carried out. This paper grasps the movement law of overlying strata and the law of deformation, destruction and movement of overlying strata in 2024 compound mining face. Combined with the theory of judging the dangerous area of spontaneous combustion of coal face, the mining speed is improved, and the spontaneous combustion of coal is prevented and prevented effectively. Finally, it is determined that the roof of 2024 complex mining face of Baijiao Coal Mine will be filled with will floating reinforcement management, and the technology of roof management has been optimized. According to the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal in complex mining, the technical scheme of preventing and curing spontaneous combustion of coal by injecting colloid and liquid CO_2 is adopted. And the successful implementation, the completion of mining. After the shelf during the removal of shelves found the abnormal phenomenon of the index gas CO, and through a reasonable design to recharge colloid and liquid CO-2, so that the high-temperature area can be effectively controlled, and the treatment effect is analyzed. The conclusion of this practical study has certain reference significance and practical value and can be popularized and used in similar mines.
