【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),現(xiàn)階段建筑業(yè)所表現(xiàn)出來的作用及重要性明顯,由于建筑業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展及其自身施工的流動(dòng)性、產(chǎn)品的單體性和建筑種類的多樣性等特點(diǎn),建筑施工過程中的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大,安全生產(chǎn)的不確定性更大。本文從分析國內(nèi)外建筑施工的安全生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,分析了建筑施工安全生產(chǎn)的基本特點(diǎn),列舉了一些案例,針對(duì)存在的施工安全問題進(jìn)行分析,提出了一些解決辦法,并且就這些解決方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的論證和分析。 建筑行業(yè)是高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行業(yè),有必要加強(qiáng)安全生產(chǎn)管理,保障職工在工作過程中的安全,減少安全生產(chǎn)事故,促進(jìn)安全生產(chǎn)和文明施工。建筑施工是安全事故的高發(fā)段,這不僅使工人的生命安全和國家財(cái)產(chǎn)遭到巨大損失,還給企業(yè)和行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來負(fù)面影響,甚至對(duì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都造成威脅。盡管我國建立了比較符合國情的建設(shè)工程安全生產(chǎn)管理體制,但每年因建筑施工安全事故死亡的人數(shù)依然超過千人,直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失愈百億元。如何在建筑業(yè)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí)確保建筑施工安全生產(chǎn)已成為全社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文針對(duì)我國建筑安全管理的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合建筑施工安全系統(tǒng)理論,從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)層面分析建筑施工安全生產(chǎn)的幾個(gè)方面：建筑施工安全教育、建筑施工安全技術(shù)、全員參與施工項(xiàng)目安全管理體系。全文以安全生產(chǎn)對(duì)策為主要研究內(nèi)容,就如何提高建筑施工安全管理水平并確保安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行探索和研究。 首先介紹本文的研究背景及意義,并對(duì)研究的主要內(nèi)容和主要的研究方法進(jìn)行了選擇；對(duì)建筑安全生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)及目前我國建筑施工安全生產(chǎn)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上圍繞安全管理可行方法展開研究,對(duì)一些實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)相關(guān)問題提出應(yīng)用方案。安全管理現(xiàn)狀對(duì)策主要從管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)方法到安全管理制度的落實(shí),再到勞動(dòng)力的安全管理都進(jìn)行了分析,并針對(duì)實(shí)際案例,將這些論證結(jié)果進(jìn)行運(yùn)用,包括組織機(jī)構(gòu)、各項(xiàng)管理措施安全管理的PDCA循環(huán)應(yīng)用等。最后總結(jié)全文,并就我國目前應(yīng)如何進(jìn)一步提高建筑施工安全管理水平和加強(qiáng)建設(shè)工程安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督提出了若干建議,同時(shí)提出值得進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy. At the present stage, the role and importance of the construction industry is obvious. Due to the rapid development of the construction industry and its own construction mobility, the singularity of products and the diversity of construction types, etc. In the process of building construction, the safety risk is great and the uncertainty of safety production is greater. This paper analyzes the present situation of construction safety production at home and abroad, analyzes the basic characteristics of construction safety production, and lists some cases. Based on the analysis of the existing construction safety problems, some solutions are put forward, and these solutions are demonstrated and analyzed in detail. The construction industry is a high-risk industry. It is necessary to strengthen the management of safety production, ensure the safety of workers and staff in the process of work, reduce the accidents in production safety, promote safe production and civilized construction. This not only results in the loss of workers' lives and national property, but also has a negative impact on the development of enterprises and industries. It is even a threat to social stability and the development of the national economy. Although China has established a more suitable management system for the safety and production of construction projects, the number of deaths caused by construction safety accidents still exceeds 1,000 every year. The direct economic loss is more than 10 billion yuan. How to ensure the construction safety in the construction industry has become the focus of the whole society. According to the present situation of the construction safety management in our country, this paper combines the theory of the construction safety system. This paper analyzes several aspects of construction safety production from two aspects of theory and practice: construction safety education, construction safety technology, safety management system of construction project. This paper probes into how to improve the level of construction safety management and ensure the realization of safety production goal. Firstly, the background and significance of this paper are introduced, and the main contents and main research methods are selected, the characteristics of construction safety production and the problems existing in construction safety production in our country are analyzed. On the basis of this, the research is carried out around the feasible method of safety management, and some practical cases are analyzed, and the application scheme is put forward in view of the related problems. The present situation of safety management mainly includes the methods of management organization and the implementation of safety management system. Then to the labor safety management are analyzed, and in view of the actual cases, the application of these argumentation results, including the organization, various management measures safety management PDCA cycle application, etc. Finally summarizes the full text, This paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the level of construction safety management and strengthen the supervision of construction engineering safety in our country at present, and puts forward some problems worthy of further study at the same time.
