【摘要】:伴隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)高速發(fā)展,國(guó)家對(duì)煤炭資源的需求量日益增大。由于煤礦井下生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的特殊性,安全生產(chǎn)一直是困擾該行業(yè)的難題,每年都有一定數(shù)量的煤礦事故發(fā)生,其中與通風(fēng)有關(guān)的事故占比重最大,危害也最大。主要原因是復(fù)雜的煤礦井下通風(fēng)環(huán)境、不規(guī)范的煤礦通風(fēng)管理及工作人員的不規(guī)范操作。近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)國(guó)力的大幅提升,國(guó)家從中央到地方對(duì)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)已高度重視,投入也逐漸增多。因計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、GIS技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高速發(fā)展,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有技術(shù)完全可以研發(fā)煤礦通風(fēng)地理信息系統(tǒng)。 本文針對(duì)我國(guó)煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)安全管理的現(xiàn)狀,在閱讀大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)礦井生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中井下的信息特點(diǎn)以及煤礦企業(yè)井下生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀等的調(diào)查和研究,設(shè)計(jì)了煤礦通風(fēng)地理信息系統(tǒng)。此系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)基于GIS與現(xiàn)有煤礦監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)軟件的整合升級(jí)、常用通風(fēng)專業(yè)模型的建立、通風(fēng)專業(yè)模型與GIS空間數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)合、管理煤礦所用通風(fēng)信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立,可以為煤礦通風(fēng)參數(shù)提供集成的數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境和可視化平臺(tái),用于指導(dǎo)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)和災(zāi)害防治,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦通風(fēng)安全信息管理的現(xiàn)代化,從而使煤礦通風(fēng)信息的管理和處理工作更加方便、快捷、系統(tǒng)和規(guī)范。 本系統(tǒng)采用UML建模語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使用面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)語(yǔ)言和GIS組件技術(shù)進(jìn)行開發(fā),具體采用了C#.NET和ArcGIS Engine,采用Oracle和ArcSDE數(shù)據(jù)引擎建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economic construction, the national demand for coal resources is increasing day by day. Due to the particularity of underground production environment, safety production has been a difficult problem for the industry, and a certain number of coal mine accidents occur every year. Among them, the accidents related to ventilation account for the largest proportion and the greatest harm. The main reasons are the complicated underground ventilation environment, the non-standard ventilation management of coal mines and the nonstandard operation of the workers. In recent years, with the development of China's national strength, The state has attached great importance to the safety of coal mine production from the central to the local level, and the investment has gradually increased. As a result of the rapid development of computer science and GIS technology, database technology and computer network, According to the existing technology, coal mine ventilation geographic information system can be developed. In view of the present situation of safety management of coal production enterprises in our country, based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign documents, this paper investigates and studies the characteristics of underground information in the process of mine production and the present situation of underground production in coal mining enterprises. This system mainly realizes the integration and upgrading of GIS and existing coal mine monitoring system software, the establishment of common ventilation professional model, the combination of ventilation professional model and GIS spatial data. The establishment of the database of ventilation information system for coal mine management can provide integrated data environment and visual platform for coal mine ventilation parameters, which can be used to guide coal mine safety production and disaster prevention. Finally, the modernization of mine ventilation safety information management is realized, which makes the management and processing of coal mine ventilation information more convenient, fast, systematic and standardized. This system adopts UML modeling language to design, uses object-oriented development language and GIS component technology to develop, concretely uses C#.NET and ArcGIS engineer, uses Oracle and ArcSDE data engine to establish the database, has achieved the anticipated goal well.
