升溫速率和氧濃度對煤表觀活化能的影響

【摘要】:為了研究升溫速率和氧濃度對煤表觀活化能的影響,基于同步熱分析儀對長治常村礦煤樣進(jìn)行熱重試驗,在不同升溫速率和氧濃度下,找出煤氧反應(yīng)特征點溫度T1—T5,并采用Coats-Redfern積分公式對試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析計算,得出相應(yīng)條件下煤表觀活化能。結(jié)果表明,在一定范圍內(nèi),由于煤樣升溫速率增加,反應(yīng)速率增加,煤氧反應(yīng)更容易進(jìn)行,升溫速率為2、5、10、20、30℃/min時的煤表觀活化能分別為160.734 6、159.437 6、141.870 1、117.659 7、95.261 8 k J/mol,隨升溫速率增大而減小,其變化規(guī)律基本服從指數(shù)函數(shù);另外由于氧濃度增大,煤分子中需要更多被激活的活性基團(tuán)與氧分子反應(yīng),激活這些活性基團(tuán)需要更多能量,氧體積分?jǐn)?shù)分別為5%、10%、15%、21%、30%時的煤表觀活化能分別為85.825 4、111.956 3、127.021 3、141.870 1、155.571 6 k J/mol,隨氧濃度增大而增大,其變化規(guī)律基本服從對數(shù)函數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of heating rate and oxygen concentration on the apparent activation energy of coal, a thermogravimetric test was carried out on the coal sample of Changzhi Changcun Mine based on synchronous thermal analyzer. The characteristic point temperature T _ 1-T _ 5 of coal oxygen reaction was found out, and the test results were analyzed and calculated by Coats-Redfern integral formula, and the apparent activation energy of coal was obtained under the corresponding conditions. The results showed that, in a certain range, the reaction rate increased because of the increase of coal sample heating rate. The coal oxygen reaction is easier, the apparent activation energy of coal is 160.734 6,159.437 6,141.870 6,141.870 1,117.659 7 795 261 8 k / mol at the heating rate of 20 鈩,
