【摘要】：為彌補飛機適航審定過程中難以大量開展人員疏散演習(xí)的缺陷,使用Pathfinder軟件對飛機人員疏散模擬開展了研究。根據(jù)波音777-200飛機的疏散設(shè)施結(jié)構(gòu),按CCAR-121-R4部要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人員組成,以及實際中的可信不利的人員組成,分5個場景分別進行疏散模擬。根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,對影響飛機人員疏散的疏散出口使用率和人員組成進行了分析。結(jié)果表明,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人員組成的疏散模擬結(jié)果超過90 s,對疏散出口使用率進行優(yōu)化后,疏散時間才滿足90 s的要求。合理的疏散出口使用比例能夠減少11%疏散時間。相同人員數(shù)量不同人員組成時,疏散時間變化較大。在老年人占80%的疏散場景2中,疏散時間達到107 s;在青少年占50%的疏散場景5中,疏散時間達到96.52 s。通過設(shè)置不同人數(shù)的疏散場景,并對結(jié)果進行曲線擬合,確定了不同人員組成時滿足90 s要求的最大允許容納的人員數(shù)量。疏散場景2、3、4和5在滿足疏散時間為90 s時飛機所能承載的最大人數(shù)分別為310、316、321和329。
[Abstract]:In order to make up for the deficiency that it is difficult to carry out a large number of evacuation exercises in the process of airworthiness validation, the flight evacuation simulation was studied by using Pathfinder software. According to the evacuation facility structure of Boeing 777-200 aircraft and the standard personnel composition required by the CCAR-121-R4 department, According to the simulation results, the evacuation exit utilization rate and personnel composition affecting the evacuation of aircraft personnel are analyzed. The result of evacuation simulation of standard personnel is more than 90 s. After optimizing the utilization rate of evacuation exit, The evacuation time only meets the 90 s requirement. A reasonable proportion of evacuation exits can reduce the evacuation time by 11%. The evacuation time varies greatly when the same number of people are composed of different personnel. In the evacuation scenario 2, where the elderly account for 80%, the evacuation time is less than 90 s. The evacuation time reached 107s, and the evacuation time reached 96.52s in the evacuation scenario 5 of which the youth accounted for 50%. By setting up different evacuation scenes, the results were fitted by curve. The maximum allowable number of personnel to meet the 90 s requirement for different personnel composition is determined. The maximum number of persons that the aircraft can carry when the evacuation time is 90 s is 310,316,321 and 329respectively in evacuation scenarios 2 / 3 / 4 and 5 / 2 when the evacuation time is 90 s.
