【摘要】：近年來，隨著我國高速公路里程的不斷增長，，交通安全形勢日趨嚴峻，交通事故死亡率近十年來高居世界首位。高速公路交通事故頻繁發(fā)生不僅威脅著人民生命財產(chǎn)安全，同時也限制了高速公路使用性能的正常發(fā)揮。因此，對高速公路交通安全進行分析及評價研究具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文就高速公路交通安全評價問題展開研究，旨在建立一個有效的高速公路交通安全評價指標體系，對高速公路交通安全狀況進行客觀、全面、系統(tǒng)的分析和評價，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，找出不足，采取措施，提前預防，提高高速公路交通安全性，保障人民的生命財產(chǎn)安全，促進經(jīng)濟社會的和諧發(fā)展。 本文以當前我國高速公路交通安全現(xiàn)狀為基礎，從系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā)，對我國高速公路交通事故特性進行了分析，并對高速公路交通安全影響因素進行了全面、系統(tǒng)的分析。通過對高速公路的人、車輛、道路、交通環(huán)境等諸多因素的分析，確定了高速公路交通事故誘發(fā)的主要因素，依據(jù)評價指標體系的建立原則和評價指標的選取方法，建立了高速公路交通安全評價指標體系，對評價指標作量化處理，并用層次分析法來確定各層評價指標的權(quán)重。在綜合分析比較了各種評價方法的基礎上，采用模糊綜合評價法，建立高速公路交通安全評價模型，并對高速公路交通安全狀況進行綜合評價。最后，結(jié)合具體實例分析，驗證了所建立的高速公路交通安全評價體系和評價模型具有較強的適用性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing mileage of expressway in our country, the traffic safety situation is becoming more and more serious, and the death rate of traffic accident is the highest in the world in the past ten years. The frequent occurrence of expressway traffic accident not only threatens the safety of people's life and property. At the same time, it also restricts the normal performance of expressway. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and evaluate the expressway traffic safety. The purpose of this paper is to establish an effective evaluation index system of expressway traffic safety, and to analyze and evaluate the expressway traffic safety situation objectively, comprehensively and systematically. Find out the problem in time, find out the insufficiency, take measures to prevent ahead of time, improve the safety of highway traffic, ensure the safety of people's life and property, and promote the harmonious development of economy and society. Based on the current situation of expressway traffic safety in China, this paper analyzes the characteristics of expressway traffic accidents in China from the point of view of system, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of expressway traffic safety. Through the analysis of many factors, such as people, vehicles, roads, traffic environment and so on, the main factors causing expressway traffic accidents are determined. According to the establishment principle of evaluation index system and the selection method of evaluation index, the evaluation index system of expressway traffic safety is established, and the quantitative treatment of evaluation index is made. Based on the comprehensive analysis and comparison of various evaluation methods, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of expressway traffic safety. Finally, the evaluation system and the evaluation model of expressway traffic safety are proved to be applicable and feasible.
