【摘要】：鑒于新版《煤礦安全規(guī)程》經(jīng)全面修訂后發(fā)布實(shí)施,將對(duì)我國(guó)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)工作產(chǎn)生重大影響、發(fā)揮重大作用,闡述了《煤礦安全規(guī)程》的歷史沿革、本次修訂堅(jiān)持的基本原則及修改的整體情況,著重分析了新版規(guī)程對(duì)技術(shù)裝備的主要調(diào)整及對(duì)應(yīng)急救援的主要規(guī)定,以加深對(duì)規(guī)程規(guī)定的學(xué)習(xí)理解,促進(jìn)各項(xiàng)規(guī)定的貫徹執(zhí)行。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the new edition of Coal Mine Safety regulations will be issued and implemented after comprehensive revision, it will have a great impact on the work of coal mine safety production in China and play a significant role. The historical evolution of "Coal Mine Safety regulations" is expounded. This revision adheres to the basic principles and the whole situation of the revision, and analyzes the major adjustment of technical equipment and the main provisions of emergency rescue of the new edition of regulations, in order to deepen the study and understanding of the regulations and to promote the implementation of the regulations.
