城軌列車安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究與設計

【摘要】:隨著城市交通擁堵問題的日趨嚴峻,城市軌道交通在運量、速度、建筑用地、安全和環(huán)保等方面的優(yōu)勢受到了各國政府的重視,并已經(jīng)成為各大城市基礎設施建設發(fā)展的重點。然而,軌道交通的快速發(fā)展、列車車輛技術的不斷提高,使得列車發(fā)生故障的概率也不斷提高,并且故障類型日趨復雜,因此保障列車運行安全成為軌道交通發(fā)展的重中之重。傳統(tǒng)的安全監(jiān)測方法簡單單一、相互獨立、彼此之間缺乏聯(lián)系,難以從總體上把握列車的運行狀況,為了適應軌道列車的發(fā)展速度,進一步提高軌道列車的運行安全系數(shù)和設備運行效率,研發(fā)新一代綜合性的城軌列車安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)刻不容緩。 本文在傳統(tǒng)列車安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研究基礎上,提出了一種基于以太網(wǎng)技術的綜合性城軌列車安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)很好的彌補了傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在傳輸速率、吞吐量、傳輸協(xié)議和數(shù)據(jù)共享等方面的缺陷。具體來講,本文的研究工作包括以下幾個部分: (1)首先,通過對國內(nèi)外列車安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究,指出了當前監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡存在的主要問題。針對這些問題,提出了一種結合以太網(wǎng)和總線網(wǎng)絡技術的新型網(wǎng)絡架構,并對該網(wǎng)絡的網(wǎng)絡結構、監(jiān)測設備、數(shù)據(jù)流向、通信協(xié)議、數(shù)據(jù)解析和存儲過程進行了分析研究,滿足了新時代對城軌列車安全監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡提出的一系列要求。 (2)其次,根據(jù)城軌列車安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)存儲和管理需求,本文利用關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫,對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)存儲的表單結構進行了研究設計。數(shù)據(jù)庫的設計規(guī)范了系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)的存儲形式、降低了數(shù)據(jù)冗余度、節(jié)省了數(shù)據(jù)存儲空間、提高了數(shù)據(jù)利用率、共享率以及查詢效率,此外也為系統(tǒng)軟件管理平臺的開發(fā)奠定了基礎。 (3)再次,本文運用模塊化的設計思想,設計了城軌列車安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)軟件管理平臺。該平臺完成了系統(tǒng)用戶管理、系統(tǒng)設備管理、設備實時狀態(tài)監(jiān)測、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢、報警信息查詢、數(shù)據(jù)報表生成以及故障統(tǒng)計分析等一系列功能,為系統(tǒng)管理提供了一個友好的管理界面,對于提高了管理人員的工作效率、保障列車運行安全有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious problem of traffic congestion in the city, city track traffic in the traffic volume, speed, construction land, safety and environmental protection and other advantages has been the attention of governments, and has become a major focus of the development of city infrastructure construction. However, the rapid development of rail transportation, vehicle technology continues to improve, probability so the train fault is also rising, and the fault type is complicated, so to protect the safety of train operation become the priority among priorities of the development of rail transportation safety. The traditional monitoring method is simple and independent of each other, the lack of contact between each other, it is difficult to grasp the running status of the train, in order to adapt to the pace of development of railway train. To further improve the efficiency and safety of operation equipment for railway train, development of a new generation of comprehensive urban rail train safety monitoring system is imperative.
Based on the research of the safety monitoring system of the traditional train, put forward a comprehensive city Ethernet rail train safety monitoring system based on the system, it makes up for the throughput of traditional monitoring system in the transmission rate, transmission protocol and data sharing aspects of defects. Specifically, the research work of this paper includes the following several parts:
(1) first of all, through the research of the development status of train safety monitoring system at home and abroad, pointed out the main problems of the monitoring network. To solve these problems, we put forward a new network architecture with Ethernet and fieldbus network technology, and the network structure, monitoring equipment, data flow, communication protocol data, analysis and storage process were analyzed, meet a series of requirements for city rail train safety monitoring network is put forward in the new era.
(2) second, according to the data storage and management of safety monitoring system of city rail train, using the relational database, the form structure of data storage system is studied. The design of database design code stored within the system data, reduce the data redundancy, save data storage space, improves the data the utilization rate of the sharing rate and query efficiency, but also lays a foundation for the development of software management platform system.
(3) once again, this paper uses the idea of modular design, the design of software management platform of city rail train safety monitoring system. The platform to complete the user management system, equipment management system, real-time monitoring equipment, historical data query, alarm information query, data report generation and fault analysis of a series of functions, provide a friendly management interface for system management, to improve the efficiency of the management staff, have important significance to protect the safety of train operation.
