【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和建設(shè)的需要,高速公路通車?yán)锍讨鹉暝黾,城際間客運(yùn)流量持續(xù)增長,貨運(yùn)物流更加密集。而近年來,客運(yùn)及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸在高速公路上發(fā)生的重特大事故讓人觸目驚心。與普通交通事故相比較,客運(yùn)及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛造成的交通事故,其造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失更大,人員傷亡更多,并且對(duì)環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重污染。因此,為了減少客運(yùn)及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛事故的發(fā)生,對(duì)相關(guān)運(yùn)營車輛的監(jiān)控管理就顯得尤為重要。然而,針對(duì)此項(xiàng)問題國內(nèi)尚缺乏全過程實(shí)時(shí)、動(dòng)態(tài)、有效的監(jiān)控和管理措施,現(xiàn)有監(jiān)控設(shè)施及方法普及程度還不夠高。這就導(dǎo)致在事故可能發(fā)生之前,不能做到及時(shí)的預(yù)警通知和采取妥善補(bǔ)救措施避免事故發(fā)生;事故發(fā)生后也不能及時(shí)得知險(xiǎn)情、具體發(fā)生地及相關(guān)信息,尤其對(duì)危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛事故,各部門不能及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確得知所運(yùn)輸?shù)奈kU(xiǎn)品類型,導(dǎo)致不能及時(shí)采取有針對(duì)性的施救,,延誤搶救時(shí)機(jī),造成巨大的人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。 針對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)存在的問題,本文的研究以對(duì)客運(yùn)車輛和危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛的實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控為目標(biāo)。依據(jù)有關(guān)客運(yùn)以及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范與指導(dǎo)的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),論文以無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)采集數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合GPS和北斗定位技術(shù)及多傳感器數(shù)據(jù)融合技術(shù)手段,利用3G通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò),組建了一套客運(yùn)及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)針對(duì)影響車輛運(yùn)營的環(huán)境參數(shù)采集分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)客運(yùn)車輛,引入了乘坐舒適度評(píng)價(jià)體系;對(duì)危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛,提出了車輛安全狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)。該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)可以做到實(shí)時(shí)、動(dòng)態(tài)、有效的對(duì)客運(yùn)車輛及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集、分析和預(yù)警處理,對(duì)減少客運(yùn)車輛以及危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸車輛的交通事故,提高其安全運(yùn)營水平,減少交通事故損失等方面具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the need of economic development and construction in our country, the mileage of expressway traffic increases year by year, intercity passenger flow continues to increase, and freight logistics becomes more intensive. In recent years, Serious and serious accidents in passenger transport and dangerous goods transportation on highways are shocking. Compared with ordinary traffic accidents, traffic accidents caused by passenger and dangerous goods transport vehicles cause more economic losses and more casualties. Therefore, in order to reduce the accidents of passenger transport and dangerous goods transport vehicles, it is particularly important to monitor and manage the related operating vehicles. However, in order to solve this problem, there is still a lack of real time of the whole process in our country. Dynamic, effective monitoring and management measures, the existing monitoring facilities and methods are not high enough. This leads to the failure of timely early warning and appropriate remedial measures to avoid accidents. After the accident occurred, they could not be informed of the danger situation in time, the specific place of occurrence and the relevant information, especially for the accidents of dangerous goods transport vehicles, the departments could not know the types of dangerous goods transported in time, resulting in the failure to take timely and targeted rescue, Delay in the rescue of the opportunity, resulting in huge casualties and property losses. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper aims at the real-time dynamic monitoring of passenger vehicles and dangerous goods transport vehicles, according to the national standards for the design and guidance of the monitoring system for passenger and dangerous goods transport vehicles. This paper uses wireless sensor network to collect data, combines GPS, Beidou location technology and multi-sensor data fusion technology, and uses 3G communication network. A real-time dynamic monitoring system for passenger and dangerous goods transport vehicles is established. Based on the collection and analysis of environmental parameters affecting the operation of vehicles, the evaluation system of ride comfort is introduced for passenger vehicles, and the evaluation system for dangerous goods transport vehicles is introduced. The evaluation grade of vehicle safety state is put forward. The monitoring system can collect, analyze and pre-warn the data of passenger vehicle and dangerous goods transportation vehicle in real time, dynamic and effectively. It is of practical significance to reduce the traffic accidents of passenger vehicles and dangerous goods transport vehicles, improve their safety operation level, and reduce the loss of traffic accidents.
