水基溶液起泡性能評價方法比較研究

【摘要】:泡沫液的發(fā)泡比和半衰期是表征起泡劑特性的基本物理量。選用十二烷基硫酸鈉為典型的表面活性劑,測量了不同質(zhì)量分數(shù)溶液的表面張力,得到試驗條件下的臨界膠束濃度(CMC)為0.25%,采用改進的RossMile法、攪拌法和測壓力法,在相同的環(huán)境下對同一溶液進行發(fā)泡試驗,其中測壓力法可以得到表征重力排液和擴散排液過程等泡沫破滅過程的定量數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,發(fā)泡比因起泡方法的不同而有較大差異,在相同質(zhì)量分數(shù)下,測壓力法的起泡量最大而攪拌法的起泡量最小,3種方法所產(chǎn)生的發(fā)泡體積隨質(zhì)量分數(shù)的變化趨勢一致,當(dāng)表面活性劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)≥0.25%(CMC)時,攪拌法、Ross-Mile法和測壓力法的發(fā)泡體積比為1∶1.25∶1.36。3種方法所產(chǎn)生泡沫的半衰期隨表面活性劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)增加而增大,達到最大值后緩慢減小,有相似的變化趨勢,測壓力法、Ross-Mile法和攪拌法的半衰期之比約為1∶3∶6,分析了3種方法所產(chǎn)生泡沫的發(fā)泡比和半衰期差異的原因。
[Abstract]:The foaming ratio and half-life of foam solution are the basic physical quantities to characterize the properties of foaming agent. The surface tension of solution with different mass fraction was measured by using sodium 12 alkyl sulfate as the typical surfactant. The critical micelle concentration is 0.25 under the test condition. The foaming test of the same solution is carried out under the same environment by using the improved RossMile method, stirring method and pressure measuring force method. The quantitative data of bubble burst process such as gravity discharge and diffusion discharge can be obtained by pressure force method. The results show that the foaming ratio is different because of the different foaming methods, and at the same mass fraction, the foaming ratio is different.
