煤油共生礦區(qū)含油煤層自燃特性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究煤油共生礦區(qū)煤自燃特性,利用煤氧化動(dòng)力學(xué)測(cè)定系統(tǒng),測(cè)試原煤樣與含油煤樣。根據(jù)煤自燃傾向性判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、耗氧速率及煤氧復(fù)合反應(yīng)理論,分析試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。以銅川下石節(jié)煤礦煤樣和原油樣品(煤巖滲出的油,文中稱為原油)為例,向原煤樣中添加一定量的原油制備含油煤樣,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)獲得原煤樣與含油煤樣低溫階段(30~240℃)的自燃特性參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明,2種煤樣自燃傾向性等級(jí)均為自燃,但原煤樣更接近于易自燃;相同溫度條件下含油煤樣的耗氧速率、CO與CO2的生成量均比原煤樣小;在低溫氧化階段,造成上述結(jié)果的主要原因是,原油充填了煤樣的部分空隙和孔隙,阻礙了煤氧復(fù)合反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal in coal-oil symbiotic mining area, the coal oxidation kinetics measurement system was used to test the raw coal sample and the oil-bearing coal sample, according to the determination standard of coal spontaneous combustion tendency, the oxygen consumption rate and the coal-oxygen compound reaction theory. Taking the coal sample and crude oil sample (oil exudated from coal and rock, called crude oil) as an example, a certain amount of crude oil was added to the raw coal sample to prepare the oil-bearing coal sample.
