【摘要】：化工物流企業(yè),有著化工企業(yè)和物流企業(yè)的雙重特性,其安生生產(chǎn)不僅關(guān)系到企業(yè)的安全和職工的安全,還關(guān)系到社會(huì)的安全,安全是企業(yè)的生存之本。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)為了提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,將配套物流外包,從而造成了第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展,化工物流企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大環(huán)境中發(fā)展壯大。但近年來化工行業(yè)的事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,尤其是"8.12天津爆炸"事件的發(fā)生,在人身、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)影響極大,造成化工及化工物流企業(yè)的安全越來越受社會(huì)關(guān)注。本文從TY化工物流企業(yè)的安全現(xiàn)狀著手,基于日常生產(chǎn)過程、檢修過程、巡檢過程、安全培訓(xùn)及安全臺(tái)賬幾個(gè)方面分析目前影響企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的原因,通過調(diào)查問卷、資料查閱來分析目前存在的問題,再通過相關(guān)安全理論知識(shí)從安全組織體系、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、檢修管理、安全考核、安全文化建設(shè)及安全培訓(xùn)方面探討解決方案,提出相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:Chemical logistics enterprises have the dual characteristics of chemical enterprises and logistics enterprises. Their safe production relates not only to the safety of enterprises and workers, but also to the safety of society. With the rapid development of economy in our country, more and more enterprises outsource logistics in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, resulting in the development of third-party logistics enterprises. Chemical logistics enterprises have grown in the environment of economic development. However, accidents in the chemical industry have occurred frequently in recent years, especially the "8. 12 Tianjin explosion" incident, which has a great impact on people, economy and society. The safety of chemical and chemical logistics enterprises has attracted more and more attention of the society. This paper starts with the safety status of TY chemical logistics enterprises, based on the daily production process, overhaul process, inspection process, Safety training and safety account several aspects of the analysis of the current impact on enterprise safety production reasons, through questionnaires, data access to analyze the current problems, and then through the relevant safety theory knowledge from the safety organization system, risk management, Repair management, safety assessment, safety culture construction and safety training to explore solutions, put forward the corresponding measures.
