【摘要】：對(duì)煤礦運(yùn)輸事故,人們往往關(guān)注的是個(gè)體人的不安全行為或失誤、車輛的不安全狀態(tài)等表面直接原因,而忽視其背后的原因—第三類危險(xiǎn)源。本文關(guān)注第三類危險(xiǎn)源對(duì)煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件的影響及作用機(jī)制。任何事故發(fā)生前都有征兆,研究險(xiǎn)兆事件的辨識(shí)和預(yù)控是理清事故機(jī)理、有效控制煤礦運(yùn)輸事故的重要手段。本文從組織因素角度尋求不安全行為管控的對(duì)策,開展第三類危險(xiǎn)源對(duì)煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件的影響研究,從而減少人員不安全行為,以期提升煤礦運(yùn)輸安全管理水平。首先,本文首先對(duì)煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件概念進(jìn)行了辨析,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法分析歸納出煤礦運(yùn)輸事故第三類危險(xiǎn)源、個(gè)體人失誤以及煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件的影響因素。其次,在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,編制了煤礦運(yùn)輸事故第三類危險(xiǎn)源、個(gè)體人失誤與煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件關(guān)系調(diào)查問卷。通過SPSS21.0對(duì)回收的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行了信、效度分析以及探索性因子分析。結(jié)果表明,問卷的信、效度良好,煤礦運(yùn)輸事故第三類危險(xiǎn)源包含安全規(guī)章制度失效、安全文化氛圍不良、安全使命感缺乏、安全溝通失效四個(gè)因子,個(gè)體人失誤包含心理素質(zhì)、知識(shí)素養(yǎng)、身體狀態(tài)及遺傳因素四個(gè)因子,煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件包含險(xiǎn)兆事件認(rèn)知、發(fā)現(xiàn)和上報(bào)三個(gè)因子。再次,依據(jù)探索性因子分析結(jié)果,構(gòu)建了第三類危險(xiǎn)源與煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,在調(diào)查問卷的基礎(chǔ)上,采用AMOS7.0軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了路徑分析,結(jié)果表明,模型中的擬合指標(biāo)均在可接受范圍內(nèi),數(shù)據(jù)資料與模型擬合較好,驗(yàn)證了提出的研究假設(shè)。煤礦運(yùn)輸?shù)谌愇ｋU(xiǎn)源的各維度與險(xiǎn)兆事件呈正相關(guān),且通過個(gè)體人失誤這一中介變量影響煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件的發(fā)生。最后,從第三類危險(xiǎn)源、個(gè)體人失誤等角度提出了煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件的預(yù)防對(duì)策。本研究有利于煤礦從第三類危險(xiǎn)源組織因素角度做好煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件管理,為煤礦安全管理提供了新的思路和參考。
[Abstract]:For coal mine transportation accidents, people often pay attention to the direct causes of the unsafe behavior or mistakes of individuals, the unsafe state of vehicles, and so on. In this paper, we focus on the influence of the third type of hazard on coal mine transportation hazard and its mechanism of action. There are signs before any accident. It is necessary to study the identification and pre-control of risk precursor event to clarify the mechanism of the accident. This paper looks for countermeasures of unsafe behavior control from the angle of organization factor, and studies the influence of the third kind of dangerous source on coal mine transportation accident, so as to reduce the unsafe behavior of personnel. First of all, this paper analyzes the related basic theory of coal mine transportation danger, and analyzes the concept of coal mine transportation insurance. Based on the literature review method, the influence factors of the third kind of dangerous source, individual human error and coal mine transportation risk precursor event are analyzed and concluded. Secondly, on the basis of literature review, the third kind of dangerous source of coal mine transportation accident is worked out. The reliability, validity and exploratory factor analysis of the collected questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS21.0. The results showed that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good. The third kind of dangerous source of coal mine transportation accident includes the failure of safety rules and regulations, the bad atmosphere of safety culture, the lack of safety sense of mission, the failure of safety communication, the individual error includes psychological quality, knowledge accomplishment, There are four factors of physical condition and genetic factors, and coal mine transportation hazard event includes three factors: cognition, discovery and reporting. Thirdly, according to the result of exploratory factor analysis, The structural equation model of the relationship between the third type of dangerous source and the dangerous event of coal mine transportation risk is constructed. On the basis of the questionnaire, the path analysis of the model is carried out by using AMOS7.0 software. The results show that the fitting indexes in the model are all within the acceptable range. The data fit well with the model, which verifies the hypothesis that the dimensions of the third type of coal mine transportation hazard are positively correlated with the dangerous events. And through individual human error as an intermediary variable to influence the occurrence of coal mine transportation risk precursor events. Finally, from the third category of risk sources, This study is beneficial to the management of coal mine transportation risk from the perspective of the third kind of dangerous source organization factor, and provides a new way of thinking and reference for coal mine safety management.
