核與輻射安全集成仿真方法與技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:如何準(zhǔn)確預(yù)知核與輻射環(huán)境下從業(yè)人員受到的輻射劑量,盡量降低核與輻射危害一直是輻射防護(hù)領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的重要問題。仿真科學(xué)將理論和實驗研究連接起來,己被廣泛應(yīng)用于計算機模擬核與輻射環(huán)境下應(yīng)用方案的設(shè)計、評估和優(yōu)化,其分析過程一般表現(xiàn)為跨平臺、跨領(lǐng)域、多用戶協(xié)作之間的迭代優(yōu)化。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)與通信、高性能計算、虛擬現(xiàn)實、可視化等信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,為從整體行為上高保真集成仿真核與輻射環(huán)境下的作業(yè)過程、高效開展核設(shè)計和分析提供了可能。 本文在此背景下結(jié)合當(dāng)前相關(guān)先進(jìn)信息技術(shù)與理論,就如何高保真模擬核與輻射環(huán)境下作業(yè)過程、盡可能降低職業(yè)輻照劑量等相關(guān)問題展開了系統(tǒng)深入地研究。主要工作以及創(chuàng)新點描述如下: 1)在充分調(diào)研國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)分析了核與輻射安全集成仿真需求,結(jié)合當(dāng)前先進(jìn)信息技術(shù),構(gòu)建了一套支持多種服務(wù)模式、基于組件技術(shù)的面向核與輻射安全集成仿真的層次化、模塊化系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),提供了作業(yè)方案交互設(shè)計、仿真和分析、人員劑量管理、虛擬培訓(xùn)等多種服務(wù)需求的集成仿真解決方案; 2)提出并發(fā)展了基于自適應(yīng)八叉樹與視錐體裁剪技術(shù)的大規(guī)模復(fù)雜場景實時渲染方法和基于GPU的不規(guī)則數(shù)據(jù)場與任意幾何體疊加可視化方法,從簡化渲染數(shù)據(jù)量、避免數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)則化處理等多個環(huán)節(jié)對耦合輻射數(shù)據(jù)場的大規(guī)模復(fù)雜仿真場景交互式渲染過程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,提高了仿真場景渲染的效率解決了大規(guī)模復(fù)雜仿真場景難以在單機上實時渲染的問題; 3)在上述研究基礎(chǔ)上,完成了核與輻射安全集成仿真系統(tǒng)RVIS2.0系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與開發(fā),為從整體行為上高保真集成仿真核與輻射環(huán)境下的作業(yè)過程,高效保障“知劑量”優(yōu)化決策提供了可能。在國際合作框架協(xié)議支持下,將RVIS2.0應(yīng)用于國際熱核聚變實驗堆ITER極向場線圈PF4維修劑量的仿真與分析中,給出了優(yōu)化的屏蔽和維修方案,對輔助ITER維修優(yōu)化具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:How to accurately predict the radiation dose to the workers in the nuclear and radiation environment and minimize the nuclear and radiation hazards has always been an important concern in the field of radiation protection. It has been widely used in the design, evaluation and optimization of application schemes in computer simulation nuclear and radiation environments. The analytical process is generally characterized by iterative optimization between cross-platform, cross-domain, multi-user collaboration. The rapid development of information technology such as high performance computing, virtual reality and visualization makes it possible to integrate the operation process under the environment of nuclear and radiation from the overall behavior of high fidelity integrated simulation, and to carry out nuclear design and analysis efficiently. In this context, combining with the current relevant advanced information technology and theory, this paper discusses how to simulate the operation process in nuclear and radiation environment with high fidelity. Related issues, such as minimizing occupational radiation doses, have been systematically and deeply studied. The main work and innovations are described as follows:. 1) based on the research status at home and abroad, the integrated simulation requirements of nuclear and radiation safety are analyzed systematically, and a set of supporting service modes is constructed combining with the current advanced information technology. Based on component technology, the hierarchical and modular system architecture of integrated simulation for nuclear and radiation safety provides interactive design, simulation and analysis of operation scheme, personnel dose management, etc. Integrated simulation solution for many kinds of service requirements such as virtual training; 2) the real-time rendering method of large-scale complex scene based on adaptive octree and visual cone clipping technology and the method of overlay visualization of irregular data field and arbitrary geometry based on GPU are proposed and developed to simplify the rendering data volume. The interactive rendering process of large-scale complex simulation scene with coupled radiation data field is optimized by avoiding the regularization of data processing and other links. The efficiency of simulation scene rendering is improved, and the problem that large-scale complex simulation scene is difficult to render on single machine is solved. 3) on the basis of the above research, the design and development of the integrated nuclear and radiation safety simulation system (RVIS2.0) is completed. Under the support of international cooperative framework agreement, RVIS2.0 is applied to the simulation and analysis of the maintenance dose of ITER poloidal field coil PF4 in the international thermonuclear fusion test reactor. The optimized shielding and maintenance scheme is given, which is of great significance to the optimization of auxiliary ITER maintenance.
