【摘要】：煤礦錨噴作業(yè)時(shí),粉塵濃度較高,危害極大。以潮式混凝土噴射機(jī)噴漿作業(yè)為例,對(duì)噴射機(jī)不同工況下的工作風(fēng)壓、跑風(fēng)量和跑灰率進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明:工作風(fēng)壓、跑風(fēng)量和跑灰率都與噴射機(jī)的輸送距離成正比,跑灰率與物料含水率成反比,而跑風(fēng)量與含水率無(wú)直接關(guān)系。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)得到了噴射機(jī)控塵所需的最佳控塵風(fēng)量和負(fù)壓,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)的噴射機(jī)控除塵裝置使噴射機(jī)機(jī)身周圍總粉塵濃度降到6 mg/m~3以下,降塵效率達(dá)到99%以上。
[Abstract]:The dust concentration is high and the harm is great when the coal mine is bolted and sprayed. Taking the jet operation of the tidal concrete ejector as an example, the working wind pressure, the running air volume and the ash removal rate of the jet machine under different working conditions are studied experimentally. The results show that the working wind pressure, the running air volume and the ash removal rate are calculated. The air volume and ash removal rate are both directly proportional to the distance of the jet jet, and the ash running rate is inversely proportional to the moisture content of the material, but the air running rate is not directly related to the water content. The optimum dust control air volume and negative pressure for the ejector dust control are obtained through experiments. On this basis, the ejector dust control device is designed to reduce the total dust concentration around the ejector fuselage to less than 6 mg/m~3, and the dust reduction efficiency is more than 99%.
