獨(dú)頭巷道脈動(dòng)式通風(fēng)模擬試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在巷道掘進(jìn)和回采時(shí)期,通常要對(duì)獨(dú)頭巷道進(jìn)行掘進(jìn),掘進(jìn)過程中需進(jìn)行大量爆破作業(yè),爆破能加快生產(chǎn)、提高生產(chǎn)效率,同時(shí)也給獨(dú)頭巷道掘進(jìn)工作帶來許多危害,危害不僅來源于爆破后產(chǎn)生的有毒有害氣體等的產(chǎn)生,還包括沖擊波、爆破飛石等直接或間接的給采掘工作帶來的危害,其中對(duì)通風(fēng)用風(fēng)筒設(shè)備的危害較大,沖擊波和爆破飛石有可能損壞爆區(qū)附近的通風(fēng)設(shè)備,倘若通風(fēng)設(shè)備被損壞,將在安全和生產(chǎn)方面對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生威脅。 地下獨(dú)頭巷道掘進(jìn)工作中,爆破煙塵的高效排出一直是一個(gè)難題,論文針對(duì)局部通風(fēng)風(fēng)筒不能近距離接近爆破工作面,從而導(dǎo)致通風(fēng)排煙效率低的問題,提出采用“脈動(dòng)通風(fēng)”的方式,提高通風(fēng)排煙效率。本人在實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立模擬試驗(yàn),運(yùn)用脈動(dòng)式給風(fēng)方式通風(fēng),該給風(fēng)方法實(shí)則就是通過控制變化風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)速,使風(fēng)機(jī)連續(xù)通風(fēng)一段時(shí)間后關(guān)閉,關(guān)閉一定時(shí)間后又再次開啟,讓巷道中風(fēng)流的能量產(chǎn)生失衡,從而引起流體微團(tuán)產(chǎn)生擾動(dòng),使煙霧與周圍空氣混合,并在風(fēng)機(jī)停止供風(fēng)時(shí),使煙霧依靠自身的擴(kuò)散作用移動(dòng)到風(fēng)流有效區(qū)內(nèi),便于風(fēng)機(jī)再次開啟時(shí)的通風(fēng)排煙。 本文通過在實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立模型巷道進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),分析和對(duì)比恒定通風(fēng)和脈動(dòng)通風(fēng)的作用效果,得到脈動(dòng)通風(fēng)條件下,各參數(shù)共同作用下的較優(yōu)脈動(dòng)周期和占空比。并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬試驗(yàn)及試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出了“脈動(dòng)通風(fēng)”的有效性結(jié)論,同時(shí)脈動(dòng)式通風(fēng)方式還能在一定程度上提高風(fēng)機(jī)效率、減少通風(fēng)能耗,為企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)效率、節(jié)約能源、降低生產(chǎn)成本,提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:In the period of roadway excavation and mining, it is usually necessary to excavate the single-headed roadway. During the excavation process, a large number of blasting operations are required. Blasting can speed up production and improve the production efficiency, and at the same time, it also brings a lot of harm to the single-headed roadway excavation. The harm not only comes from the production of poisonous and harmful gases after blasting, but also includes the harm of blast wave, blasting flying stone and other directly or indirectly to the excavation work, among which the harm to the ventilating tuyere equipment is great. Shock waves and blasting flying stones are likely to damage ventilation equipment near the blast zone, which could pose a threat to the enterprise in terms of safety and production if the ventilation equipment is damaged. In the excavation of underground single-headed roadway, the efficient discharge of blasting smoke dust is always a difficult problem. The paper aims at the problem that local ventilation tuyere can not approach the blasting face at close distance, which leads to the low efficiency of ventilation and exhaust smoke. This paper puts forward the method of "pulsating ventilation" to improve the efficiency of ventilation and exhaust smoke. I set up a simulation test in the laboratory and use the pulsating air supply method to ventilation. The method of air supply is to control the wind speed of the fan by changing the wind speed. The fan is ventilated continuously for a period of time, then closed for a certain time and then opened again, which causes the energy imbalance of the air flow in the roadway, thus causing disturbance of the fluid micromass, mixing the smoke with the surrounding air, and when the fan stops supplying the air, The smoke can be moved to the effective area of air flow by its own diffusion, which is convenient for ventilating and exhausting when the fan is opened again. This paper analyses and compares the effect of constant ventilation and pulsating ventilation by setting up model roadway in laboratory, and obtains the effect of pulsating ventilation. The optimal pulsation period and duty cycle under the combined action of various parameters are obtained. The validity of "pulsating ventilation" is obtained through the laboratory simulation test and the analysis of test data. At the same time, pulsating ventilation can improve fan efficiency to a certain extent, reduce ventilation energy consumption, and provide new ideas for enterprises to improve production efficiency, save energy, reduce production costs and provide new ideas.
