碾子溝煤礦副斜井老空水突水預(yù)測及注漿治理技術(shù)

【摘要】:碾子溝煤礦副斜井工業(yè)廣場存在采空區(qū),經(jīng)突水評價,副斜井井筒兩側(cè)采空區(qū)存在老空水突水危險。為保障井筒安全,根據(jù)斜井保護煤柱寬度確定了井下注漿治理范圍,治理工程共施工鉆孔102個,注入漿液2 760 m~3。注漿施工結(jié)束后,斜井涌水量從63 m~3/h降低到4.2 m~3/h,取得了良好的堵水效果。
[Abstract]:There is goaf in the industrial square of auxiliary inclined shaft in Yanzigou Coal Mine. Through water inrush evaluation, there is a danger of water inrush in the goaf on both sides of the shaft of the auxiliary inclined shaft. In order to ensure the safety of the shaft, the grouting treatment range is determined according to the width of the coal pillar protected by the inclined shaft. In the treatment project, 102 boreholes were drilled and 2 760 mm3 of grouting was injected. After grouting, the inflow of water in inclined wells decreased from 63 mm3 / h to 4.2 mm3 / h, and good water shutoff effect was obtained.
