【摘要】：為了科學(xué)預(yù)防并控制煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件發(fā)生,需明確煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件影響因素,以便采取相應(yīng)的管控策略。在文獻(xiàn)研究與調(diào)研訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用扎根理論質(zhì)性研究方法,深入分析訪談資料及煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件案例,通過(guò)開(kāi)放性譯碼、主軸譯碼、選擇性譯碼、理論飽和檢驗(yàn)等環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件影響因素進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,安全培訓(xùn)、安全意識(shí)、監(jiān)督檢查等16個(gè)主范疇對(duì)煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件有影響,從中選擇4個(gè)核心范疇,即運(yùn)輸設(shè)備系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)輸作業(yè)場(chǎng)所、組織管理體系、工作人員素質(zhì),概括為物理性因素與行為性因素,構(gòu)建了包含2個(gè)主要因素、4個(gè)核心范疇及16個(gè)主范疇的煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件影響因素評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,最后提出了推行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程、建立管理機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)安全文化建設(shè)、開(kāi)展閉環(huán)教育培訓(xùn)等策略,減少并預(yù)防煤礦運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)兆事件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent and control the occurrence of coal mine transportation risk events scientifically, it is necessary to make clear the influencing factors of coal mine transportation risks in order to adopt the corresponding control strategy. Based on the literature research and investigation and interview, the method of taking root in theory and qualitative research should be used. This paper deeply analyzes the interview data and the case of coal mine transportation danger event, and studies the influencing factors of coal mine transportation danger event through open decoding, principal axis decoding, selective decoding, theoretical saturation test, etc. The results show that safety training, The safety consciousness, supervision and inspection and so on 16 main categories have the influence to the coal mine transportation dangerous danger event, from which chooses 4 core categories, namely the transportation equipment system, the transportation work place, the organization management system, the staff quality, Summarized as physical factors and behavioral factors, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of influencing factors of coal mine transportation risk events, including 2 main factors, 4 core categories and 16 main categories, and finally puts forward the implementation of standard operating process. Establishing management mechanism, strengthening safety culture construction, carrying out closed loop education and training, etc., to reduce and prevent the occurrence of coal mine transportation danger.
