【摘要】：災害社會影響評估是對自然災害破壞人類社會關(guān)系、社會組織結(jié)構(gòu)、社會公共安全、家庭生計系統(tǒng)、個體身心健康等方面情況進行綜合評估,有助于政府和社會力量更好地把握自然災害對災區(qū)社會造成的各種不利影響,為災區(qū)群眾提供多方面的援助和支持。在研究了災害社會影響評估的時點、范圍、流程、視角、原則、內(nèi)容、方法的基礎上,提出了災害對家庭人口結(jié)構(gòu)變化影響、對公共服務設施影響、對家庭生計系統(tǒng)影響、對群眾日常生活影響和對社會穩(wěn)定與心理影響等5方面的55個評估指標,探索形成了社會影響評估的指標體系,構(gòu)建了社會影響評估的基本框架。
[Abstract]:Social impact assessment of disasters is a comprehensive assessment of natural disasters destroying human social relations, social organization structure, social public security, family livelihood system, individual physical and mental health and so on. It will help the government and social forces to better grasp the adverse effects of natural disasters on the society in the disaster area, and provide various assistance and support to the people in the disaster area. On the basis of process, visual angle, principle, content and method, this paper puts forward the influence of disaster on family population structure change, public service facility and family livelihood system. In this paper, the basic framework of social impact assessment is established by exploring 55 evaluation indexes in five aspects, such as the influence of people's daily life, social stability and psychological influence, and so on, which form the index system of social impact assessment.
