【摘要】：為提高煤與瓦斯突出預(yù)測(cè)的精度和速度,通過基于鄰域粗糙集(NRS)理論對(duì)特征向量降維,提取出影響煤與瓦斯突出的核心致突因素,采用改進(jìn)的支持向量機(jī)(NN-SVM)理論來構(gòu)建煤與瓦斯突出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與由各種致突因素組成的特征向量之間的非線性關(guān)系。從而建立了基于鄰域粗糙集(NRS)與改進(jìn)的支持向量機(jī)(NN-SVM)相結(jié)合的煤與瓦斯突出預(yù)測(cè)模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該預(yù)測(cè)模型預(yù)測(cè)精度高,運(yùn)算速度更快,同時(shí)還具有很好的泛化能力。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the coal and gas outburst prediction accuracy and speed, through the neighborhood based on Rough Set (NRS) to reduce the dimensionality of the feature vector extracted from the core theory, influence of coal and gas outburst mutagenic factors, using the improved support vector machine (NN-SVM) theory to construct the nonlinear relationship between the risk of coal and gas outburst and by various mutagenic components of feature vectors. So as to establish a neighborhood based on Rough Set (NRS) and improved support vector machine (NN-SVM) model for predicting coal and gas outburst combination. The experimental results show that the prediction model has high prediction accuracy, faster operation speed, but also has good generalization ability.
