硫磺粉塵燃爆危險性研究

【摘要】:為預防硫磺粉塵的燃爆危險性,測試了硫磺的自燃溫度、自熱特性、熱穩(wěn)定性、最小點火能、爆炸下限質量濃度、爆炸壓力和爆炸指數(shù),根據(jù)實驗結果對硫磺粉塵危險性做了分級。結果表明,隨著粒徑的減小,硫磺粉塵的自燃溫度、最小點火能和爆炸下限質量濃度相應降低,爆炸壓力和爆炸指數(shù)則升高;70μm以下粒徑的硫磺粉塵的自燃溫度(AIT)為220℃,最小點火能(MIE)為0.14 m J,爆炸下限質量濃度(MEC)為17.5 g/m3,最大爆炸壓力(pmax)為1.15 MPa,最大爆炸指數(shù)(Kmax)為39.87 MPa·m/s,因此燃爆危險性最高;450μm以下粒徑的硫磺粉塵爆炸危險性等級均為St3級。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent the explosion risk of sulfur dust, the spontaneous combustion temperature, self-heating property, thermal stability, minimum ignition energy, lower explosive mass concentration, explosion pressure and explosion index of sulfur dust were tested. According to the experimental results, the risk of sulfur dust is classified. The results show that the spontaneous combustion temperature, minimum ignition energy and lower explosive mass concentration of sulfur dust decrease with the decrease of particle size. The explosion pressure and explosion index increased. The spontaneous combustion temperature of sulfur dust under 70 渭 m is 220 鈩,
