室內(nèi)大空間自動(dòng)跟蹤定位射流消防系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、人類活動(dòng)需求的增加以及建筑設(shè)施的不斷壯大,大空間建筑如雨后春筍般在世界各地掀起一股興建熱潮。該類建筑空間分割大,防火分區(qū)多,且建筑結(jié)構(gòu)特殊,設(shè)施復(fù)雜,潛在火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性比一般建筑大,滅火也更困難。因此,火災(zāi)早期大空間建筑的自救能力十分重要,開發(fā)一款適用于室內(nèi)大空間建筑的消防系統(tǒng)刻不容緩。本課題針對(duì)室內(nèi)大空間建筑結(jié)構(gòu)和火災(zāi)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)并研發(fā)了一套室內(nèi)大空間自動(dòng)跟蹤定位射流消防系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要由滅火裝置、區(qū)域控制箱、控制主機(jī)三個(gè)模塊組成,采用紫外傳感器作為火災(zāi)探測(cè)元件,熱釋電紅外探測(cè)器作為火源定位元件,可以在被保護(hù)的三維空間范圍內(nèi),全方位地進(jìn)行火災(zāi)探測(cè),并通過(guò)步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)滅火裝置噴頭快速瞄準(zhǔn)火源,繼而結(jié)合RS-485總線技術(shù)和CAN總線技術(shù),以自動(dòng)控制、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)手動(dòng)控制或遠(yuǎn)程聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制模式完成啟泵、開閥等操作,使得蓄水池內(nèi)的水經(jīng)由消防管道和滅火裝置及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地噴向著火點(diǎn),從而確保在火災(zāi)早期完成滅火,盡可能將火災(zāi)造成的人員和物資損失以及滅火帶來(lái)的二次損失都降到最低。系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的微型監(jiān)控?cái)z像頭可將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視頻圖像通過(guò)控制主機(jī)內(nèi)的24路硬盤刻錄機(jī)存儲(chǔ),并實(shí)時(shí)傳送至監(jiān)視器和上位機(jī)監(jiān)控界面進(jìn)行顯示。利用監(jiān)控?cái)z像頭拍攝的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視頻圖像,本課題提出了遠(yuǎn)程快速滅火方法,用于修正射流落水點(diǎn)的位置,為系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步研究和改進(jìn)提供了新的思路。測(cè)試證明,該室內(nèi)大空間自動(dòng)跟蹤定位射流消防系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,具有響應(yīng)時(shí)間快、滅火效率高、可靠性和安全性好等優(yōu)勢(shì),能夠在火災(zāi)早期階段實(shí)現(xiàn)火源的探測(cè)、定位和滅火,且能在很大程度上減少火災(zāi)漏報(bào)、誤報(bào)的情況。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the increasing demand for human activities and the continuous expansion of construction facilities, large space buildings have sprung up in all parts of the world. And the building structure is special, the facilities are complex, the potential fire danger is bigger than the general building, and the fire extinguishing is more difficult. Therefore, the self-rescue ability of the large space building in the early stage of fire is very important. It is urgent to develop a fire protection system suitable for indoor large space building. This subject aims at the structure and fire characteristics of indoor large space building. Designed and developed a set of indoor large space automatic tracking and positioning jet fire control system. The system is mainly composed of fire extinguishing device, area control box, control host three modules, using ultraviolet sensor as fire detection element. Pyroelectric infrared detector as a fire source location element, can be protected in the three-dimensional space, all-directional fire detection, and step motor drive fire extinguishing device sprinkler quickly aimed at the source of fire. Then combined with RS-485 bus technology and CAN bus technology to automatic control field manual control or remote network control mode to complete the pump opening valve and other operations. So that the water in the reservoir through fire pipes and fire extinguishing devices timely and accurately spray to the point of fire, so as to ensure the completion of the fire in the early stages of the fire. As far as possible, the loss of personnel and materials caused by the fire and the secondary loss caused by the fire will be minimized. The micro surveillance camera in the system can store the scene video images through the 24-channel hard disk burner in the control mainframe. . And real-time transmission to the monitor and host computer monitor interface for display. Using the scene video images captured by the surveillance camera, this paper proposed a remote fast fire extinguishing method to correct the position of the water jet drop point. It provides a new way for further research and improvement of the system. The test results show that the fire fighting system with automatic tracking and positioning jet in large space has stable operation, fast response time and high fire extinguishing efficiency. The advantages of good reliability and safety can be used to detect, locate and extinguish the fire source in the early stage of the fire, and to a great extent to reduce the situation of false alarm and false alarm of the fire.
