【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,貿(mào)易往來的增長,水路運輸以能耗小、成本低及運輸能力大的優(yōu)勢作為當今物流的重要選擇,港口作為水陸交接的重要樞紐,其重要性越發(fā)突出。然而在港口的建設和運營的同時對區(qū)域水環(huán)境和水資源帶來了諸多污染,保護水環(huán)境、治理水污染,是我國實施可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施。因此,我們必須采取積極有效的措施,,保持港口建設與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相適應、與環(huán)境保護相協(xié)調(diào)。 本文介紹了國內(nèi)外在港口水污染環(huán)境保護方面的建設經(jīng)驗,總結了港口的水污染來源、污染防治措施以及污染處理方法。鑒于南昌港樵舍貨運碼頭工程尚屬我省政府投資的內(nèi)河首個;反a頭,在選取該碼頭作為編制實例的基礎上,分析了碼頭施工和營運期的水污染風險防范與措施,進一步探討了化學品碼頭污水處理工藝和水污染防控對策,旨在為建立我省典型示范工程作鋪墊,為今后我省港口規(guī)劃、設計、施工、運營及管理過程提供參考與借鑒。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和結論如下: 1、對碼頭所在陸域和水域的自然資源、社會經(jīng)濟、水環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查與分析,根據(jù)碼頭建設內(nèi)容、施工安排等,分析碼頭施工期與營運期水污染的來源和影響,從風險事故、水環(huán)境方面提出碼頭的水污染風險防范與保護措施; 2、通過對工程項目的實例分析,進一步探討類似散裝液體化學品碼頭的水污染的來源和危害,針對化工廢水、生活污水、含油污水三大類污水的處理工藝進行分析,提出化學品碼頭水污染防控對策。 3、對于化學品碼頭中處理難度較高的化工廢水,采用污水接收罐分類接收化工廢水,然后針對不同類型的化工廢水分別選擇酸堿中和、重力分離、混凝反應、氣浮、化學氧化等方法進行預處理,預處理后針對化工廢水中有機物含量的不同分別選擇SBR、氧化溝、傳統(tǒng)活性污泥法和生物接觸氧化法等進行生化處理,最后采用砂過濾和活性炭吸附法進行深度處理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy , the growth of trade , the advantages of low energy consumption , low cost and great transport capacity as the important hub of the logistics today , the importance of the port is more and more prominent . However , the construction and operation of the port has brought many pollution to the regional water environment and water resources , and it is a strategic measure to implement sustainable development in our country . Therefore , we must take active and effective measures to keep the port construction adapt to the economic development , and coordinate with the environmental protection . This paper introduces the construction experience of port water pollution environmental protection at home and abroad , summarizes the water pollution source , pollution prevention and control measures and the pollution treatment method of port . In view of the fact that the port engineering of Nanchang Port is the first dangerous goods terminal invested by the provincial government , this paper analyzes the water pollution risk prevention and measures in port construction and operation period , and further discusses the sewage treatment technology of chemical wharf and the prevention and control countermeasure of water pollution . The aim is to pave the way for the establishment of the typical demonstration project of our province , and to provide reference and reference for the future port planning , design , construction , operation and management process of our province . The main research contents and conclusions are as follows : 1 . Investigate and analyze the present situation of natural resources , social economy and water environment in the land area and water area of the wharf , analyze the source and influence of water pollution during the construction period and operation period according to the construction content and construction arrangement of the terminal , and put forward the water pollution risk prevention and protection measures of the terminal from the aspects of risk accident and water environment ; 2 . Through an example analysis of the project , further discuss the source and the harm of water pollution similar to bulk liquid chemical wharf , and analyze the treatment technology of three kinds of sewage , such as chemical wastewater , domestic sewage and oily sewage , and put forward the countermeasures of prevention and control of water pollution of chemical wharf . 3 . Treatment of chemical wastewater with high difficulty in chemical wharf is carried out by using sewage receiving tank to classify and receive chemical wastewater , and then the pretreatment and pre - treatment are carried out for different types of chemical wastewater , such as acid and alkali neutralization , gravity separation , coagulation reaction , air flotation , chemical oxidation and the like , and the biochemical treatment is carried out for different organic matters in chemical wastewater after pretreatment , and finally , sand filtration and activated carbon adsorption method are adopted to perform depth treatment .
