機械結合面動態(tài)特性分析與研究

隨著半導體封裝技術的不斷發(fā)展,開發(fā)高精度、高效率、高可靠性的引線鍵合機變得越來越重要。本文從機械結構的角度分析,主要研究影響引線鍵合機的一個主要因素——結合面的動態(tài)特性。機械結合面作為機械系統(tǒng)中一種固有的結構形式,由于它在外加載荷的作用下表現(xiàn)出既有彈性又有阻尼的復雜動力學特性,對機械系統(tǒng)整體的動態(tài)性能產(chǎn)生顯著的影響,所以結合面對機構整體動態(tài)性能有著關鍵的影響。本文結合目前國內外研究現(xiàn)狀,針對機械結構中結合面的特點,對典型的固定結合面動態(tài)特性進行研究。在充分考慮了構成結合面的子結構之間相對運動的基礎上,本文建立了結合面有限單元模型。與目前結合面的研究成果相比,該模型考慮了各自由度之間的耦合關系,能更準確地反映結合面的動力學特性;诮Y合面的動力學模型,提出了動力學參數(shù)辨識的方法;運用有限元分析與實驗模態(tài)分析相結合的方法測試結構的關鍵頻率,有力證明了本文所建立的固定結合面動力學模型的有效性和模型參數(shù)識別方法的準確性。為進一步的結構優(yōu)化提供參考。
